Really nice stay. Close to the various attractions we wanted to see in the area. Very clean. Friendly desk staff. Reasonably priced and typical breakfast. Nothing fancy about hotel or area where located (meaning no incredible views). We stayed three nights and would return if in the area. Very quick drive to the main action in Laramie where a lot of nice restaurants are located.

Rooms are clean, quiet-ish, and big enough for a nights rest. Breakfast is ok. Staff was friendly. I was able to check in early which was nice. Overall this Fairfield is a good place to rest while in the road. Easy on and off the highway and gas stations are just around the corner.

Upon check in we were informed our room had been downgraded from a king with sofa suite to a single king room - we had three adults, that doesn’t work! They put us in a room with two doubles and the doubles are a single size, to be honest. Mattresses are too soft, especially for two adults who keep rolling into the center of the bed. On our first stay here we had a room with a freezer in the fridge, and counted on that for medications, but this time we did not. Our room the first time a couple weeks ago was only $149 and last night our downgraded room was $281. So incredibly disappointed. I loathe bottles attached to shower walls. They do not work for bathing children or special needs guests the tub.

Laramie is a strangely expensive town for hotel rooms. Settled on the Fairfield as the most reasonable amongst expensive options. Oddly, the receptionist insisted on seeing my AAA card to get the AAA rate which was about $250 total. Since that‘s all paperless now, I had to pull AAA up on my phone to prove my membership. That was really obnoxious when I‘m just off the road and trying to get a room which wasn‘t ready anyway. And, in all my years of travel, that‘s the first time anybody has insisted on seeing proof of AAA membership. Very odd. Theron’s are small and clean, but bathrooms are showing age and dirty tiles. The pool was closed when we got there, but went to the spa later which was cold. That was disappointing. The highlight was a clean and neat breakfast area with a very cheery attendant who made up for the otherwise strange reception.

Sterling is a great front desk associate. He was super helpful when we wanted to change our reservation and even gave us an upgrade when the room we wanted wasn't available. A little courtesy goes a long way, which is something other Marriotts I've stayed at could work on. Thanks Sterling!

The Fairfield Inn in Laramie was a great hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, comfy, and spacious. The pool area was nice, too. It had both a pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the breakfast (waffles, oatmeal, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, yogurt, fruit) and coffee/tea/cocoa area (available all day).

Terrible customer service and rude staff. Would be better off staying in the "Breaking Bad" rolling meth lab. Rates will be hundreds of dollars more than your reservation rate if there are any events in town. I have stayed at many different Marriott properties but this one shouldn't even be allowed to display the Marriott brand name.

Very small room for a very big price. Very disappointed. It was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room but I can't imagine a wheelchair in this room. Toilet was definitely not for the handicapped.Sorry we stopped here. We will be sure to pass on Fairfield in the future.

Fantastic hotel! Everything about this hotel is great. Breakfast was small, but the staff was wonderful and everything was fresh. Housekeeping was amazing, and rooms were very clean. Loved the free coffee and hot tea in the lobby. Pool and hot tub were clean, and towels always stocked. Nothing bad to say at all.
