桌子上有灰，床墊很硬，被子很薄，馬桶圈壞的，196塊的房間不提供礦泉水，放着倆一次性杯子讓自己燒，打前台電話沒人接，半夜4點多樓道里有人大喊大叫。

搞不懂前台在硬氣什麼？作為服務行業，服務態度是最起碼的吧。辦理登記入住一臉不耐煩，完了房卡都不給，又讓人重跑一趟。又不是白住，況且從頭至尾我也沒得罪人家，搞不懂給我擺臉幹嘛！！
