服務員很有禮貌，有一個小哥哥很喜歡小孩，送我們小禮物孩子很喜歡，非常感謝。房間景色超棒，電動窗簾很有現代感，但是親子房感覺不太親子，衹有一個破損的帳篷和小木馬，感覺不太結實，燈光太差了，晚上非常暗，躺在床上還有一個射燈直接照着眼睛，整體光感非常不舒服。帳篷擺放位置也很奇怪，看投影的時候剛好會擋住。

亞朵的服務和衞生一直都是很好。出差必選的亞朵，但是這次蘭州入住高空酒店了，工作人員服務態度簡直是7星酒店的服務，小到保潔阿姨都很禮貌很貼心，吃早餐的時候看到餐廳阿姨在收拾衞生每個桌子腿和縫隙都在打掃🧹亞朵的衞生真的是很放心，退房時候還送了三炮台，下次來蘭州必須再住高空亞朵😁夜景真的很美
