The hallways are quiet, and the rooms are well-soundproofed, completely shielded from outside distractions. I stayed in a Superior King Room, which was spacious and well-planned. Floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the city's nightscape. In the morning, opening the curtains, sunlight streamed in, creating a breathtaking view and a refreshing feeling. The room was constructed using high-quality, environmentally friendly materials, ensuring no odors. Every detail was meticulously considered."

"The attitude of the front desk clerk was very good. They even upgraded the room type when I went there. However, the nightmare just started. 1. Toiletries should not be placed on the sink but on the bedside table. 2. There are only two cups on the sink in the entire room. Is it for washing or drinking water? 3. The shower head in the shower room is broken and sprays water up and down. 4. The nightmare started. I turned on the air conditioner at 26 degrees Celsius. I woke up from the heat less than an hour after sleeping. When I saw that the temperature was 29 degrees, I thought I had adjusted it wrong. I got up and checked to see that it was correct. I adjusted the temperature to the lowest setting and fell asleep again. It will change to 30 degrees in a while, which is called a depression. I went to the sauna twice in one night, barely slept, and checked out early in the morning."

"The room was very clean. Since it's a newly opened hotel, there were many flower baskets at the entrance, which was very festive. The service was friendly and the facilities were complete and very new. There was a minor incident during the stay, but the hotel immediately resolved it. I especially praise Liu Wei for his patient service and for immediately reporting the information to the manager. The manager provided a solution and the problem was resolved. It was very good and I will stay here again if I have the chance."

"When I entered the hotel to make a reservation, I only had to make a phone call and waited for a long time before someone came to handle it. I booked a business king room, but was given a standard double room that was changed to a king room. You can change it as you wish, but the change was inconsistent. I felt a strong smell when I entered the door. I don't know if it was an issue with the air conditioning or disinfection. The socket switch in the room is placed in the middle of the bed. My wife and I booked a double room and slept in a double room. Then this big bed was made up of two single beds, with a huge hard mattress on top. Sleeping there all night felt like being beaten. There was also a problem with hygiene. Both of us felt itchy when we lay down, and we didn't get much rest at all. The bristles of the disposable toothbrush are bifurcated and hard, and the gums bleed when I brush them hard. Compared with these, things like a musty smell, yellow and black spots on the towels, and unfinished cigarette ash on the edge of the toilet, don't seem so important."
