房間設施陳舊，室內温泉池子裏放完水後，明顯的淤泥都不清理。特別是男賓室的服務生，態度極其差，説話愛理不理，下次再不選擇天譚温泉了。

住宿和温泉是分開經營的，晚飯也是另外的部門… 不過這個酒店住房是面向山的，晚上可以看星星，看銀河。

帶陽台看山看落日，很好。但泡温泉離十米左右南邊這個酒店，不如直接下樓就泡温泉那個酒店好。我們住的這個洗澡水就來了一會兒，還衹能泡一次，而泡温泉那邊那個酒店隨便泡，設施好。以後一定要在泡温泉酒店這邊住。

設施：老舊，房間老的不像樣衞生：地毯很臟環境：談不上服務：談不上滿懷期待來了，花了大價錢，看到這種房間，真是非常掃興，後悔也來不及了，温泉裡邊也衹提供水，根本沒有任何服務，可能商家不差錢吧，建議跟臨潼的學一學，不會再來了！！！
