It is nice property and place for stay, it is not very near to town but approachable food quality-also good only issue with freshly applied oilpaint on wood ceilings create issue with allergic person like me, but it will reduce hope in amonth. Staff also coopeative. Rooms need arrengments to keep luggage.

It was a very good hotel with 360 degree himalayas view. Big rooms with big balconies with snow mountain view. Bathroom was good with hot water. The staffs were also very good withbtheir humble hospitality. Food was ok and economical. Very good place with peace. Heaven for photographers. The bird watchers and photographers will also love the place. The property manager mr. Sanjay was very cooperative and informative. Over all excellent stay and will go again

We went for a weekend vacation. Great view, great atmosphere, great service, good rooms but the road to get there is not good. It is a small off-road hilly trail of about 600-700 mts, so be careful while taking your vehicle. Also please check the room you booked matches to the room you are given. For us we booked a classic room but they were trying to give us a cheaper room saying that it is a classic. On showing doubt and contacting the authorities they changed it immediately. So be careful of that. Otherwise fantastic experience and great value for money.

The property is located around 3-4 km before lansdowne main town and is well connected. The resort boasts of an amazing pool, however, it is located at the adjacent resort called blue pine, which is almost like a sister concern of this mentioned property, which was kind of a bummer. The food was okay, and could be improved. Overall, a decent place, but needs upgradation.
