每次回閬中都住這裏，服務還是一如既往的温馨，到店離店工作人員都會給予問候，大廳有熱飲和小零食，剛到酒店就會覺得很温暖。有下午茶和水果，晚上回來的時候還貼心的準備了醋泡腳。這次來比之前還增加了一次性毛巾供使用，非常不錯👍。

我因工作出差入住了一家酒店。晚上我在酒店走廊裏急匆匆地走着，一邊查看手機訊息，一邊思考着工作上的事情，完全沒留意腳下。突然一衹腳踩到另一衹腳鞋帶，整個人向前撲了出去。我下意識地用手撐地，試圖穩住身體，卻聽到“咔嚓”一聲，一陣劇痛從手腕傳來，我倒在地上，疼得冷汗直冒狼狽不堪。這時，酒店的保潔阿姨最先發現了我。她立刻放下手中的清潔工具，快步走到我身邊，焦急地詢問我的情況：“女士你怎麼樣，還能動嗎？” 還沒等我回答，她就急忙呼叫了前台，很快酒店的值班經理和兩名保安就趕了過來。經理迅速地查看了我的狀況，見我手腕紅腫且表情痛苦，他當機立斷地説道：“先別動，我們馬上送你去醫院。” 保安大哥小心翼翼地將我扶起，問我腿腳的情況，看是否能自己行走，還説酒店有輪椅要讓我坐輪椅，但是我起來試圖動了一下，感覺還好，就沒讓用輪椅。經理則在一旁幫我拿着包，一路陪着我往酒店門口走去，到了醫院，經理忙前忙後地幫我掛號、找醫生，跑上跑下。在等待檢查結果的時候，他還一直安慰我，説不用擔心，酒店會負責處理好一切。那一刻我心裏的不安和焦慮漸漸消散，檢查結果出來後，醫生告訴我是手腕骨折，需要打石膏固定。經理認真地向醫生詢問了後續的治療和康復注意事項，並記錄了下來。在回酒店的路上，經理對我説：“這幾天你在酒店有任何需要，儘管告訴我們，我們會盡力協助你，”回到酒店後，工作人員還貼心地為我準備了冰敷的毛巾和一杯熱茶，幫我緩解疼痛。他們的每一個舉動，都讓我在這個陌生的城市裡感受到了無比的温暖和關懷。 雖然這次摔跤讓我遭了不少罪，但酒店工作人員的熱心幫助卻讓我十分感動。他們的專業、負責與善良，讓我看到了一家酒店的人文關懷與擔當，也讓我在這段原本糟糕的經歷中收穫了滿滿的感動。
