We made a clear request for a room inside because we wanted to be quieter, but they deceived us and said that they were all fully booked. Although it was opened in 2009, the facilities and equipment are very new, the rooms are very big, there is a small yard, and the swimming pool is at the door. The accommodation environment is very quiet and the ecological environment is great. It is my dream villa! The breakfast at the hotel is very Western-style, the coffee is freshly ground and hand-brewed, and the thick egg yoguraki is absolutely delicious, with no flaws at all!
The boss’ grandfather is Irish and has lived in Langkawi for 24 years! The hotel does not accept children very much because they are afraid that children will affect the rest of other guests. However, the grandpa saw that our children were very well-behaved, so he made an exception and accommodated us. Of course, we were kept quiet the whole time.

Great place to stay ! Spacious and clean rooms .
Breakfast is great with good variety of food . Staffs are friendly with a good service attitude. Only downside is the TV Channel disruption and problem with the toilet flushing system .

A great little find in a cool part of Langkawi. Great restaurants nearby or onsite. The breakfast is good and we played golf so they left breakfast for us as we left early. Friendly and helpful staff. The owner is a delight. The accomodation is comfortable and clean. Bedrooms are great. Also snacks left for guests. Very sweet gesture.

We made our fourth visit to Villa Molek, our fifth to Langkawi. A beautiful spot to regenerate, absorb and relax away from a cold Australian winter. As usual our host and his amazing staff were so welcoming and friendly. The weather was warm, the sea temperature was bath like and local restaurants did not disappoint. We felt like locals after 5 weeks of this. Highly recommend for resetting the body and mind. One of our favourite locations on this planet.

I have been visiting Langkawi for over 20 years and always stayed at the same hotel but this time decided to have a change and chose Villa Molek and I certainly wasn't disappointed. I wanted some R&R and that's certainly what I got. My villa was lovely and had lots of space with everything I needed. Most days I was the only one sitting by the pool which was so peaceful. The villa's are set in an oasis of greenery, with lovely flowers and plants and lots of wildlife too. The breakfast was great and the staff went out of their way to help with everything. It's hard to believe that just a short walk away is the very busy Pantai Cenang. It's around a 5 minute walk to the beach at Pantai Tengah and there are several small shops where you can stock up with snacks. Villa Molek is high on my list for a return visit.
