Pros: Service was superb! We were greeted with a smile at every touch point and the staff were incredibly proactive. The buffet spread was also amazing. Loved the butler and pressing service too.
Cons: The facilities were a little limited and there weren’t a lot of waves at the beach in general although it is a very wide one. Apart from that, the look and feel is also a bit more corporate.
But overall, we had a good stay!

The hotel is located in the south of Langkawi, and it takes 10 minutes by taxi to Kuah Town. The hotel has its own beach, but the sand quality is average and the sea water is not clear enough. The hotel service, facilities and breakfast are all good. I recommend the wonderland food store in Kuah Town and the Uncle Cat Durian across the street, both are delicious!
