Steps away from the international arrival terminal. The hotel is new and well designed. Spacious and comfortable rooms, perfect for a night stop over. It has a swimming pool, but it’s open 9-21, which didn’t fit us. Would definitely recommend it.

Excellent infrastructure and impeccable taste of the room I stayed in. Maybe a bit technically speaking too advanced and the air conditioning was too difficult to guess how it worked. There were no instructions available.
The hotel staff I can only say thank you a lot. I was helped a lot by them. They allowed me to communicate via 'Wechat' with the reception of the hotel and that facilitated to sort almost all communication/language barrier.
I strongly recommend the hotel for a great stay and comfort.

As soon as I arrived at the airport, I contacted the front desk and they said there was a special car to pick me up, which is very good! It was raining heavily when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk staff quickly took an umbrella to greet us, which is worth a thumbs up👍

The front desk is very friendly, the breakfast is very rich, and the bathroom in the room is also very clean. My wife likes the shampoo and shower gel very much. At that time I came here late, but I didn't expect there to be a parking space. Parking is very convenient. Now this season, the air conditioner has started to cool down. The temperature is very suitable, and the sound insulation of the room is also very good. It was arranged for me to face the direction of the community, there is no noise, the room is very quiet, and I have a good rest at night; I will choose this Atour when I return, it is highly recommended.

CChanton LewisMy family and I had an amazing stay at the hotel. From the warm greetings and helpfulness at reception until our last day. At first we were not sure that the hotel could provide our special request of a crib in the room, however the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate us. Grace the manager assigned to us, was able to arrange a crib and bathtub as requested, and helped with things that really made our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We had a very good, clean and spacious room and were able to cool off at the pool. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff that gave us a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is nice the style of building is nice , interior design is the best . I like there worker /customer service is 100% 希际LOFTj精品民宿 . I can recommend any one to go it’s a very nice place . After 3 days of stay I extended one day to another room was nice too ❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹

She is really enthusiastic and responsible. I am a family of three staying here with a child. I was wondering if I could upgrade the room type. The lobby manager helped me communicate and finally upgraded me to a suite. He also took me to see the room in person, smiling the whole time and having a very good attitude. I really like it. It gives people a very comfortable feeling and is not arrogant at all. Wang Xin and Rong Shanshan at the front desk also helped with the check-in very enthusiastically. After checking in, the lobby manager also provided children's slippers and toothbrushes warmly. A serious and responsible person can really represent the culture of the hotel. I am really moved. The decoration of the hotel room is very luxurious, the room design is very high-end, the bedding is very good, and the hotel room is super clean. It can be seen that the hotel is very attentive to the guests staying there, and the experience is full. In short, this trip and check-in experience is the most comfortable one in recent times. I hope the hotel can do better and better. Next time I come to Yanjiao, I will definitely choose this hotel!

The bathtub in the room is very large, the breakfast is complete, and there is a small children's playground on the second floor. The children like it very much. Since we have short time before back to Malaysia, we decide to check out early & move to Beijing. The staff is very friendly & helpful. He patiently tried to help us because we have language barrier 😅.
The room is big enough for that price & ‘smart’.

This was a particularly special visit, as there were numerous events to celebrate.
Namely ”Mid Autumn Festival”, ”National Day” and my Birthday coincided during this period.
This Hotel is without a doubt the best Hotel, not only in Gu'an, but in Langfang as well.
The ”Eatery Restaurant”, plays a vital role in the success of this Hotel.
I often say this when visiting a great Hotel or Restaurant, it's the ”Team”, whom makes the establishment a success.
The ”New” pastry cheff, is truly a great asset to the Restaurant and Hotel.
His pastries are of exceptional standard, and the variety is huge ”unlike the sister Hotel's Restaurant, The Sheraton”, whom barely have any pastries or desert on offer.
Without the right team in place, the business can and will, never be truly successful.
Especially, in the current highly competitive market.
As a former ”Regional Retail Manager”, with over 15 years of Management experience, I can't help but observe and analyze certain businesses.
Being University Qualified in ”Customer Relationship Management” and ”Retail Management”, I appreciate High levels of Customer service.
The success of this Hotel and Restaurant, lies in it's team, and their hard work and dedication.
True ”Managers”, lead from the front, and set an example to their staff.
As the case with ”Samuel” the General Manager, whom always assists his team on the floor.
The same can be said for ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, whom is always ”hands on” and working hard on the floor.
Such ”leadership” sets the tone, for a great team as it will filter down to staff on all levels.
Special thanks to ”Lydia” the Office Manager, for always being willing to assist in ensuring that guests receive the absolute best, during their stay.
Lydia is always courteous and professional.
As always, ”Marcus” the Restaurant Manager, treated us with extreme courtesy and hospitality.

Perhaps, ”Marriott” should consider, having this Hotel's ”sister” Hotel, ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management and Team, learn about ”Hospitality and Service”, from this Hotel ”Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang”.
As in my opinion, the ”The Sheraton, Chaobai River Hotel's Management” is not on standard.
The facilities at the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an, Lanfang, are on International standard.
We always enjoy the Swimming Pool, Lobby Lounge and Outdoor Deck, during our stay.
The ”Alpacas” are truly amazing creatures and are well taken care of.
They truly make guests' stay, more enjoyable.
We can highly recommend the Four Points by Sheraton, Gu'an Langfang, to all visitors, ”Foreign, and Domestic”.
This is still our favorite destination, in Gu'an / Langfang and surrounding areas.

The hotel is clean and the service is thoughtful.
A fruit plate is given every day when you check in, and the breakfast tastes good.
Luggage can be stored, and the concierge (a guy with glasses) also delivered the luggage to the door of the room.
The location is also excellent, and the Future Plaza is right outside the door, which is very convenient for shopping and eating.
I will choose to stay here next time I go on a business trip. (｡ì _ í｡)
