DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! I had money stolen from my room. When I checked out, I left behind a small pouch with a few personal items, like tissue, Aleve, lip gloss, wipes to clean my eyeglasses, and all the cash I had with me. The money was gone when the pouch was turned in to the front desk by hotel staff. I lost over $100, and they were so nonchalant that it was like it never happened. I've never encountered such indifference. Not even so much as a "I'm sorry that happened." It was like, oh well, there was no money in it when it was turned in. They couldn't even be bothered to recognize that my money was stolen.

My expectations were not high, but there were several things that the hotel should be aware of. Some are easy to fix, some are not. First, we arrived and were given a key to a king room. Once in the room, I realized we had booked a jr. deluxe king suite with a river view. I suspect they gave our room away but promised to move us the next day. The price difference was substantial. We were offered 10% off and a voucher for two glasses of wine from the honor bar. We tried to use the voucher, but there was no wine in the honor bar. They offered us a full bottle, but we did not like the wine. We asked for a different variety and were told it was too expensive. And the 10% discount was not on the final bill. For breakfast, we ordered a continental breakfast with a fruit cup. The basket of pastries was one croissant and one chocolate croissant. What if no one wanted a sweet pastry for breakfast? No butter, no jam, and no fork for my fruit cup. It was the smallest fruit cup I had ever seen; the raspberries were moldy, and the fruit looked like it had been cut up the day before. After breakfast, we had to wait until the other people left the room we had already paid for. Around 11:30 am, we were finally given the key to the correct room. The room was nice enough, but strangely, the bed was against the wall, facing away from the river so that you couldn't see it from the bed. I guess the couch made it a jr. suite, although I would have expected a little sitting area. I had brought our Fire Stick but could not figure out how to get to the right HDML. There was no streaming service available. As of this writing, we have not gotten our $87 refund. We were charged another $87! Now they owe us $204. If it is not resolved in the next few days, we will be disputing the charges with Amex.

I booked directly with the inn’s website, “Deluxe Two Queen Beds with River Views.” The room had a 85% brightly lit parking lot view and 15% river view. This was not even close to the experience suggested by the website. I booked the room two months before a family Thanksgiving get together. I tried to find another accommodation after seeing the room but it was the day before Thanksgiving and everything was booked. We had no choice but to stay. The front desk suggested I speak to the manager the next day. The manager never even attempted to contact me. Staff was polite but made it clear that the inn is owned by a large company and they were not responsible for the advertising. Bottom line…. We will find another hotel, inn or b&b for our next visit to Lambertville.

We were in town for our friends pre-wedding celebration in New Hope and stayed at this Inn on a Friday night ahead of the wedding. Check in was fine, two staff members at the desk were making their way through the line of guests. I laughed when I was handed a physical key to the room - very retro! Our room was on the first floor next to what I assume is a venue space. We had a great view of the parking lot. The room was a bit dated but comfortable - I know we were paying for location and not amenities here. Noise seemed to travel very easily from room to room. In addition to location, I did love that you are able to order coffee, juice and various breakfast items by hanging a slip of paper on the door handle and pick the time it arrived. Not sure if I would stay here again, but our time was fine.

This is one of several times that I have had dinner with my family for Thanksgiving dinner buffet. The buffet here is excellent. It has a nice selection of items to choose from. There was a salad station, a pasta bar with several toppings, a carving station with prime rib, turkey and ham, fresh fruit and seafood. There was a selection of sides like mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, Stringbean's, carrots, casseroles and soups. The food was really good, the service was very friendly and welcoming. Our waiter, Ashley was very nice and accommodating. The dessert bar was excellent and I loved the ice cream and freshly baked pastries. It was a wonderful dinner with my family.

We had a brunch wedding on Saturday, Oct 14th from 10-3p at the Lambertville Inn and it was an experience I'll never forget. There coordinating team, Kathy, Patricia and Neil were amazing to work with. They were all quickly responsive and made sure they would be able to make my vision work. Originally, the plan was to have a blended cocktail hour and reception in the cocktail hour room for a more casual, loungey feel but with bad weather wrecking my dreams, they seamlessly adjusted my vision in the ballroom. The morning of my wedding day when I saw what the ballroom looked like, I nearly had tears of happiness streaming down my face. Their venue truly is remarkable. Since there was a Friday night wedding, I was unable to get ready in the bridal suite but they were able to move all of our belongings into the bridal suite before our wedding ended at 3pm! We had our after party at the Lambertville station inn and worked with Wayne Susser on organizing. Originally, he planned to have our party in the garden/back half of outdoor bar but due to the weather, we rented out the wine cellar bar which was an absolute hit with our guests! We hired Rachel and Tyler Acoustics to perform for 2 hours, and they had the perfect stage area to set them up in. We were so pleased with our weekend wedding getaway and made the most incredible memories! Thank you, Patricia, Kathy, Neil and Wayne for all of your efforts, time and service. Looking forward to visiting you in the near future!

No customer service. The hotel was hosting a wedding, and we could not sleep until 2 AM on our first night. They gave us a room 3 doors from the event (we were not part of the wedding). The staff NEVER responded to our frustration when we went to the front desk for earplugs at midnight or to an email sent to management regarding our situation. The staff was also unfriendly at other times, never saying hello, and the housekeeping was loud starting at 8A. The hotel has lovely views, and is in a great area, but don't plan on sleeping well.

Pros: Helpful and friendly front desk staff Rooms very clean Bed comfortable Good location very quiet Cons: If you ask for tea in the morning the hot water will come in a container that smells and tastes like coffee. Undrinkable. Room smelled musty when I first arrived. Opening the window took care of that. (Could only open one because screen fit so poorly on the other I was afraid of letting in mosquitos.) For those who care that the weight of plastic in the ocean is about equal to the weight off off the fish, the use of plastic with no recycling is distressing. note: I guess I am still living in the "good old days" but for this price I would have expected something better than Lipton tea (like a selection of teas, maybe Earl Gray or English Teatime) and I would have expected something more than a plastic bottle of Tropicana orange juice.
