The breakfast menu was rich and satisfying. The room had a hot shower, which was nice. It was close to the station and very accessible. You can walk to the nearby supermarket.

If I have to give a positive rating, it is the reception, who, even though I don't speak Spanish, solved my reservation problem.
The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the carpets in the hallways are HORRIBLE, the bathroom doors have not been wiped for years.
Behind the bathroom door, there was a wet towel from the previous passenger, there was no gel to wash your hands... anyway... I don't think I will stay at that hotel again, although I always go to the Ibis hotels in Madrid, and they are excellent.

The hotel is in a bad state. The bathroom is in very bad condition and is not clean. It needs urgent remodeling. We ran out of toilet paper, we went down to ask for more at night at the reception and they didn't have any. It is not a 3 star hotel at the level of Spain.

There were 2 people when we checked in, 1 more than when we booked. The front desk didn't make too much noise, and we checked in smoothly. We also got an extra breakfast. The hotel is next to the train station, but it is quiet at night and does not affect sleep. The internal environment and facilities are at the level of a budget hotel. The hotel has its own parking lot.
