When I walked in the establishment it smelt so nice! A nice welcome Robert, the young man that checked me in was helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me sign up as a member, reassured my stay and all this with a smile. My room is spacious and clean.

This is a great hotel! The room, lounge and breakfast area were very clean and comfortable. I always felt very safe in and around the hotel and the staff were always super friendly. Special shoutout to Robert at the front desk who was very helpful during check-in, gave amazing food recommendations and always had a smile on his face. Thanks for the amazing stay!

Best hotel to stay for business trip when in Lakewood WA area. Friendly and caring staff .Hotel was clean and had all the amenities I need while on the road. Its convenient to I-5 and JBLM yet close to Tacoma for some restaurants and shopping as well.

What a great hotel !! Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Pool and hot tub were both great. Breakfast, hot and yummy. Check-in was quick and easy. Very convenient to the freeway, makes getting around to places of interest so easy. Parking was great and very safe. All of the front desk staff were so friendly, happy and helpful. Would like to give a special shout out to Robert, he was so sweet and helpful to us. If back in the area, we would definitely stay here again.

Registration was easy and pleasant. Our king suite was spacious and in excellent condition. The bed was softer than standard for Holiday Inn Express and softer than our preference. The hotel is really clost to I-5 so significant traffic noise, but mostly it was like white noise, so not too bothersome. Convenient and efficient laundry.

The false alarm triggered twice in the midnight and there is no way to have a good sleep. And we booked the hotel with IHG points and the reservation came with no extra charge. Somehow a bill with $25 destination fee is sent to our room. The front desk insisted the fee is correct until we showed her the reservation email I got. I’m pretty sure they are cheating on IHG and customers.
