Fantastic hotel - from the moment I walked in everything was about as perfect as a stay can get - super clean - very fast check in and the room was great. Breakfast was excellent and fresh, and the place even smells amazing. Very close to downtown (about 10 minute walk) so lots of food options there, but nothing “right next door” Would stay here again in a heartbeat - prob my fav Marriott property I’ve been to.

The room was clean and comfortable for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. There were no hassles booking or during our stay. The only thing we noted was a little mold in the shower and a few strands of hair in the shower near the drain. I would recommend staying here if you are looking for a place close to down town. They offer a golf cart to and from downtown so you can avoid the traffic and difficulty parking. They were very accommodating. They had an Easter egg hunt for guests which was also nice to see.

We stayed for a long weekend primarily to attend the Tigers' Spring Training. Our room (505) was HUGE...much larger than we needed. Everything was clean and updated. Very quiet at all times. Breakfast was good with hot, real eggs along with other usual fare. We loved the FREE Tigertown Express bus to get to and from the stadium, as well as the FREE Squeeze golf cart transportation into town. There is no airport shuttle, but Uber was easy to get. A great stay all around.

Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Pillows could have been a little more comfortable. Disappointed breakfast was only til 9am, which is way to early. They should extend time til 10am. Never able to enjoy breakfast which was included in the price.
