Hampton Inn Lakeland

Ease of check-in, nice clean room, comfy beds and pillows, great location within walking distance of restaurants.

Everything was great. Breakfast had a nice fresh selection of foods along with an exceptional staff who provided us with anything we needed.

The room was well layed out. It had small things that made life easier, such as the light switch types and locations and the mulitple charging stations. Breakfast was excellent for an included bonus. Entry using GPS was confusing but easy to overcome. Location was very convinient without being congested during most of the day.

Great room, very clean with everything we needed. A/C worked great (I love it cold at night!) Very easy check-in and I was contacted a couple of days into the stay just to make sure everything was OK. Staff was great. Perfect location for a great stay in Lakeland.

The room was clean, smelled fresh when we walked in. The staff was very friendly. No complaints.

It is an older hotel, shower curtain rod didn’t work well so shower curtain didn’t close.

Half of the outlets in the room didnt work, the water pressure was awful, the fridge/pantry had crumbs it was not great

Neat property. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Standard breakfast. Applebee's next door for dinner. I don't like giving my credit card for "incidentals".

The attitude I received was terrible. I tried to discuss with the manager and understand how my credit card was fraudulently used at this hotel. I was met with a lecture about why they don’t ask to see the credit card at check in. Nothing learned on my side. Don’t think he learned anything either in my search to learn how we all might be able prevent all of us paying for this type of theft. I won’t be staying here any time ever. I’m questioning any Hilton hotels. Close to $900 in fraudulent Hilton hotel charges in two days. Of course now I have to cancel the card and change every auto payment I have on this credit card. My conversation with this manger was a complete waste of time.
