Great weekend away, beautiful late fall setting. The lodge is a perfect place to base your activities out of. Unique experience to stay in big lodge, with so much attention to detail. Loved the fireplaces everywhere, including in the room. Staff all top notch.

Heated tiles, jet tub, a fireplace on cold rainy evenings and a game room to sharpen my billiards skills! An amazing stay at this beautiful Adirondack resort. Always greeted with smiles and kind words from the staff. This was a wonderful experience that set the bar very high!

The staff are exceptional. Michael Coon helped us with a Board meeting from our unit on zoom meeting. The link up to the TV was flawless. He even called the morning of the meeting to ensure we were all set. Alyssa DeVito provided a facial that was relaxing and informative about skin care.

What a fabulous place to stay! Every amenity anyone would like, need, want is there. Included breakfast was fabulous and served in the most beautiful atmosphere. The staff could not be more pleasant or more helpful. Everywhere you look there is something else to see and to admire in this beautiful property. Every detail has been attended to. The location was perfect. It is within walking distance to downtown shops, churches, and restaurants. Truly a gem!

Pros: Great decor, big room size, lots of amenities Cons: Low quality breakfast (powdered eggs), no ride to town due to valet staffing issues, staff communication issues, room service calls always busy, TVs required engineering to get back online, thermostat required new batteries upon arrival..etc.

The venue's staff did their best to make us comfortable for the wedding. While there were a few glitches along the way, all in all, they did a great job. Hats off to the servers and bartenders who found their smiles and made a great weekend for all. Hats off to Cara, Ian, M. Coon, Fara and the whole staff!
