The room smelt like cat pee and I needed an ADA room, but was not given one. The iron board in the bathroom was covered in stains and the room as a whole feels really dingy. The traffic from the road is super loud and made it hard to sleep.
I’m extremely disappointed as the reviews were good.
Trying to cancel my next booking through here.
On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was super nice, but that doesn’t make up for the room quality. 😕

Nice room, very clean. I was given a convenient location, close to lobby and breakfast. Most importantly was the air conditioning. Our RV air broke so I had no choice but to get a room. Our friends stayed there last year and were very pleased too.

On September 2024, I have booked (with Priceline) a one bedroom with 2 queens beds at Quality Inn Motel in Havazu Arizona When I arrived at the Quality Inn motel, I was given a faulty key to the motel room, after waiting for 45 minutes the front desk personnel notified me that he could not fix the problem, he then recommended a room with just one bed (I paid for 2 beds for 2 people) the one queen bed room was completely nasty with dirty pillows and dirty bed sheets it looked like someone just got out of bed there. After all that, I told the front desk manager that I am completely unsatisfied and want a refund, and that I will go to another motel, the manager told me that there is nothing he can do with the refund, and I must deal with Priceline to get my refund, did all that to no prevail. I then disputed the charges with my bank, at first I got the refund but 2 weeks later Quality Inn reinstated the charge. I strongly recommend to never rent a room there, they are an absolute joke, and totally mismanaged

The place is dirty, outdated and smelled bad. Sheets and towels worn out. I wished I brought my own. The pictures on the hotel website shows a different reality. I won't recommend this hotel. ................................................Not a good place to stay.

The room was filthy, the AC was underpowered , the towel supply was meager, the bed was old and lumpy, the breakfast bar was poorly maintained and the parking lot was an obstacle course of potholes. Avoid this property if you can!! The only bright spot was Craig who came to fix our telephone which couldn’t be fixed.

The hotel looks worn and abandoned, the room was incredibly poor, worn and dingy. Opened under the door to the room, which was out into the open where state road 95 drove by right out front. Very loud. Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say about this hotel, which I did not book myself but through a travel agent as part of a larger tour in US.

1st- room was dirty & old 2nd- mattress had actual holes in it 3rd- we got bug bites 4th (& straw that broke the camel’s back)- caught employee peeping in window of room! Packed our stuff & checked out 2 days early. They refunded the 2 nights but not the 3 that we stayed. Regarding the bug bites, they said they just had it inspected and no bugs were found and they’ll have it re-checked (ok, sure) Regarding the peeper, they said they will “talk” to their employees. Not acceptable. They are lucky I didn’t file a police report! BEWARE!!!

Wir waren auf der durchreise und haben 1 Nacht im Quality Inn geschlafen. Personal war sehr freundlich. Essen waren wir uns einfach besseres gewohnt. Leider waren unsere Zimmer sehr dreckig! Wir würden nicht mehr hier übernachten wollen. Haare überall, dreckige Duschtücher.
