Lovely place! Clean, quiet, comfortable beds, cozy gas fireplace and jacuzzi tubs. Well maintained property. The breakfast baskets were helpful in making the mornings easier. Great coffee, including decaf and creamer included. I walked the lake shore path every morning. It is only a ten minute walk to the lake and about five minutes more to downtown. We had a great little getaway!

We stayed in Bainbridge. Such a cute but roomy cottage with everything we needed. Comfy, quiet and private. Enjoyed the jetted tub and the fireplace. They have an extensive collection of movies that can be borrowed also Netflix and a movie channel. The pastries each day in our breakfast basket were delicious.

Just got back from Lake Geneva WI this weekend and stayed at Seven Oaks B&B. We had a great experience in our cabin for up to 4 people. Had all the niceties one would expect. We had a quaint living room with a fireplace that provided a huge amount of warmth for the night. A wonderful California King bed for a good night's sleep. A large spacious bathroom and shower with a Jacuzzi tub and a heated floor which is a pleasant nicety. Breakfast was waiting for us, a little light for what we got but nevertheless fulfilled us for the day. We were close enough to downtown Lake Geneva but far away enough to not hear the sound of the Town. We hope that if we pass this way again, we'll be another happy couple to stop in and relax.

These cottages were so cute, cozy, comfortable and clean! The breakfasts were delicious and it was so fun to find out what was in them. They thought of everything to make the stay perfect such as salts for the bath, black towels to remove make up and a candle by the bathtub! The bed, couch, pillows and blankets were nice and comfy! It was nice to relax in front of the fireplace! Loved this vacation!!

Cutest little cottages ever! We traveled with another couple, and each had our own cottage. King beds and nice bathrooms, along with a separate living room and tiny kitchen make up the place. All is updated nicely, location is great, and a big front porch with rockers pull you in. Nice community garden/patio area too. Only a few blocks walk to the lake.

Cozy, comfortable cottage just blocks from downtown Lake Geneva! Seven Oaks has 11 units in a pleasant setting. Most cottages are for two occupants, no children. Each unit has a porch with rocking chairs. Parking is next to or near unit. Bedroom has a king-size bed. Living room is comfortably furnished. Small kitchenette had everything we needed. Continental breakfast is brought daily to your cottage. We totally enjoyed our stay at Seven Oaks! We’ll be back!

Seven Oaks is a true hidden gem! These cottages are lovely and the attention to detail is amazing. The kitchenette included dishes & utensils & the fridge was quite large to accommodate the very generous breakfast baskets delivered the day before for use whenever you want breakfast. They also included wine & cheese waiting for you in your cottage when you arrive. They had games tucked in a drawer as well as books to read. Bathrooms are large & the attention to detail was amazing. Heated floors & towel bars were great when it was frigid outside. A separate dark ‘make up remover towel’ meant no make up stains on clean white towels. Bath salts & a battery operated candle with the extra large tub were also provided. Check in & out couldn’t have been easier. This is adults only property. There are lots of options in the Lake Geneva area, but this will be our #1 option. We had brunch at the Egg Harbor Cafe which was wonderful. It is a 10-15 walk to get there, although we drove in the below freezing temperatures.

Nice place just a few minutes walking distance from downtown Lake Geneva. Very clean and roomy. Breakfast was nice. Suggestion would be possibly give your guests an option for what they would like for breakfast. I don't eat cereal so it just came home for the kids. They have a self check in/out policy. This is nice but also miss out on the personal welcome. This was a winter trip so everyone was hiding from the cold, probably more social in the warmer months.

Meticulous attention to detail and all the little things that give your stay that luxurious feel. Fantastic location, not in the middle of all the action, but an easy walking distance away from the downtown area, full of a fantastic array of dining and shopping options!
