The bed was so comfortable very fluffy pillows, loved the whirlpool room it felt like a minnie apartment and the fact that both pools are open late while open early as well, multiple attractions at a walking distance from the hotel as well. Glad we had a balcony as well

As a AARP member accommodations were almost adequate, room was very clean. Staff is knowledgeable and accommodating only one problem. Bathrooms are not equipped with ADA necessities ( grab bars ). I was told only a few rooms were so equipped and they were booked. Due to this inequity the shower and commode were extremely hazardous. It is an older hotel.

Our only complaint was that the bathrooms were extremely low to the ground. After knee surgery, my wife found it difficult to settle into the seat. Kids seemed to like it more than adults did. They couldn't find a remote that worked with our TV, so we were without TV for one night. The following morning, they replaced the TV and gave us a $25 reimbursement for one night. Absent room service. Simply place all of your used towels outside the entrance.

Our 2nd visit here this year. Both visits were less than average. Mold all over bathroom. Mold all over air-conditioners. (Room even smells moldy). Mold around kitchen, and even Mold (or something) all over the smoke detector. Room is supposed to have iron and board. It doesn't. The room has a coffee maker, but they don't give you a pot, or even any cups or glasses. Ice bucket does NOT come with lid or plastic, and smells like cleaner fluid. A few lights don't work. Other than all that, it was okay. We won't give it a 3rd chance though.

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. However the hotel and pools need some loving. The rooms are cleaned, but old so there was mold growing and we could see and smell it (especially in the shower) which made my allergies, and sinuses act up. The carpeting in our room was snagged in multiple places. The pull out couch in our room just needs to go! It sagged in the middle and was not even possiable to sleep on because all you could feel was the metal under you. The pools were in serious need of maintenance and updating. Also not enough towels at the pools and I wasn't there with a lot of other people there. I've stayed in many Choice hotels in the past, this hotel is NOT up to their standards. The staff however was great!

They upgraded our room to a larger suite. It was very big. But the jacuzzi tub had grime on the intake filter so we didn't use the jets. Beds were super comfy in this room but my daughter said the beds in her room were too hard. Indoor pool area was perfect for the Littles. One small slide in diar need of repair. We learned a lot for our first time and might be back again.

This was a great hotel for our 2 year old grandaughter with the zero depth pool and watersides. The hotel is dated and dirty. Could never find towels by pool front desk said they were washing them. Bed was uncomfortable. Front desk did not speak clear English so was a communication problem.

We needed 2 bedrooms for 6 people and most resorts were booked. We thought that was what we were getting. What we got was a 1 bedroom and a king bed and sofa bed in the living area. The whirlpool tub is a waste of space. No privacy. Could use a half bath instead. The pool area is large but like everything else needs updating. The TV in the bedroom didn't work but got changed the next day. Ana V. the general manager was welcoming and helpful when needed.
