Room nice and new, but there is starnger ,man knock door in the middle of the night, asking for strange questions, definite it is personal info sold out, wont choose anymore!

The front desk attendant Mpho is so warm and inviting. She recognized us upon arrival, which is impressive in itself. She goes out of her way to be accommodating. She always has a smile on her face. The hotel itself is clean, the entire staff is friendly. Thank you for making our stay wonderful! We will be back!

My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel. We were warmly greeted by the staff. Our room was CLEAN! The complimentary breakfast was tasty. The location was convenient to all the area attractions. We were in a room on the 2nd floor near the elevator. It was quiet and relaxing. Bed was comfortable. We would 100% stay here again. Great experience. I cannot stress enough how clean the entire hotel was.

Perfect hotel for a WI Dells trip, if you need a clean, well maintained hotel, near everything, staffed with super nice people such as Janice… oh and free breakfast and free parking. If you’re considering the Fairfield, go ahead and book. You won’t be disappointed, this hotel does it right. Oh, and it’s a Marriott so there’s that!

Marriott seems to provide a very consistent experience. Breakfast was ok, rooms very clean and quiet. No complaints other than that the bath bottles needed to be refilled. We did not use the pool but it looked normal, not a water slide like so many of these hotels in the dells.

Nice, clean motel. Decent breakfast. Good gym. Fairly quiet. A short distance away from the water parks. We had a very nice suite. Maids come every other day. There were 2 tour buses there while we were there somthe place was very busy

Fantastic hot breakfast with waffles, ham, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, juice, yogurt, milk, fresh fruit, muffins, bagels and coffee. The lobby is NOT adorned with a bunch of paraphernalia promoting local attractions like other hotels. Room was big with two tv's to accommodate our family of 5. We booked through Noah's Ark to get five free passes. We're very impressed with this hotel!

Nice clean hotel. 4 floors with elevators that seemed to keep up. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Hot dish was on a changing schedule. 2 waffle makers that worked well. Was pretty busy one morning as 2 tour buses were preparing to leave. Got to meet some other guests during a tornado warning. Staff helped out with that and let us know when it was clear. Pool is small but clean. Did not use exercise room but it looked good.

We only stopped late at night to sleep for a few hours while passing through. We missed the pool, breakfast, and many amenities. The beds were comfortable. The AC was incredibly loud and disturbed sleep. The lamp outlets did not work. The cleaning could be better. It’s not bad for a place to crash for a few hours, but I would be disappointed if I had to stay for longer.
