terrible customer service. went to replace a key card after being locked from my room and without saying a word, I was immediately met with an attitude because I store my hotel card in my wallet. Not sure what prompted the negativity in the first place, but it was defined unwarranted. A simple ask turned sour experience. Aside from the passive aggressiveness, many thanks to the custodians who clean and replenish our rooms, very consistent and helpful!

For a 1 night stay it was OK, no shower curtains and breakfast could have had more options had bread for toast and raisins and 1 favorite yogurt bur over all its was ok.................................................................

Room A/C didn't get the room cooled down until about 6 AM the next morning. Almost no soundproofing so you get to listen to the neighbors and anyone passing outside all night long.

It would be amazing if you could offer hot breakfast like eggs. Always clean the coffee maker because even if customers don't use it, it gets dusty inside and out.

This Days Inn location is always my first choice when I have to visit Lake City. Friendly staff and clean rooms. I would like to see a better breakfast selection. Maybe more hot food but other than that it's a good place to rest. I only mention the breakfast not being the greatest because they mention so much. They should not say the offer it when advertising. Just let guest know it's offered when they arrive as a surprise.

Rooms were updated and clean. No elevator and outdoor stairs and doors. Located in back of property with 18 wheelers parked behind a chain linked fence with lots of foot traffic. Didn’t feel safe. Also, they had mopped floor during the breakfast service. Not safe when busy.

Need a receipt or email with it. Could you please resend my confirmation email to me. The location was good service was good. Breakfast small but need to be able to give a recipe. Even if booked on line.

Rated this average because it wasn't the best but wasn't the worst. Bed was comfortable, location was busy and noisy all night. Smokers hanging outside. Continental breakfast was as minimal as it could be and still be offered, so we skipped it and went elsewhere.
