The hotel has just been renovated. The facilities are very new and some parts are still in the running-in period. The room is beautiful but still has some decoration smell. The lobby staff are very enthusiastic and there is a free shuttle to various parks in Disney. You need to swipe your room card to enter the elevator, which is very safe.

We had a fantastic three night stay ! Our room was spacious with a small sitting area. Bathroom has separate area to do makeup while someone is showering a big plus .
Beautiful pool area & bar to relax in between park days .
Staff very helpful & friendly .
Will be returning in a week !

An absolutely spectacular hotel! I generally stay at Courtyard or similar properties, and staying at a Renaissance was really a great step up. The lobby was beautiful and modern, and my GF and I loved the glass elevator you can take up. Staff were super welcoming and polite. The room was huge! We had a king bed with a city view and it was perfect. The decor was tasteful and bright, the view was a lot of fun to look out at night, and bed was super comfortable. Everything was clean and well put together. The location was an easy walk to Disney Springs, so if you’re coming to go there or for an event, you can’t beat this location. Upon checkout Leo was at the front desk and I was glad to share my experience with the GM. He, like the other staff, was super polite and appreciative. I wish we had a longer stay, but there is no other hotel we will consider on a return trip. I look forward to trying all the amenities the property has to offer.

Only day 2 of our stay and we have been blown away by the amenities and customer service! The receptionist greeted us with smiles and warm welcomes, the bartender started our adventures off with a bubbly good time, and Imane, our waitress, made sure we had the tastiest breakfast! Thank you!

The staff is wonderful! Everyone was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The food at American Kitchen is so delicious and Iman was an excellent server!! Karrene (sp) at the bar was great too. Only holding back 1 star because the bathroom in our room could definitely use some improvements. Caulking in the shower and the fan. Other than that, it was a lovely experience.

Big thanks to Milly and the team for such a warm welcome. We've just arrived, and already, we feel incredibly grateful! The hotel is in excellent condition and offers a pretty good restaurant. Additionally, they provide early access tickets to Disney World parks, ensuring a pleasant stay. It's worth noting that the hotel undergoes sone updates.

TLDR? The room was clean and quiet The longer version.... I stayed here for three nights for a conference at the Hilton two doors down (the Hilton was sold out). The room was really comfortable and larger than I expected. There was free water (2bottles) each day. And I got a $15 credit in the hotel which (with another dollar) got me a yogurt, bagel, and two more bottles of water. The pool was nice. Clean. The currents in the pool from the fountain in it are kind of funny. It has zero depth entry, so is great for kids. The store in the hotel is open when they feel like it, so don't rely on it. Otherwise customer service was good. I forgot my toothpaste and let the desk know. When I got back to my room there were four tubes of toothpaste, three toothbrushes and two bottles of scope!
