一直想去的酒店，入住體驗很棒，管家明明的服務也很周到，會根據不同時間不同安排主動進行提醒，返程時給的路線很好走，真是太貼心了。雪場不大，但是很適合初學者和帶孩子，小朋友玩的很開心。

房間衞生特別差勁，帶娃出行衞生最差的一個酒店，各種亂收費，室內遊樂園衞生極差，小紅帽影院就是在一個小屋子，看電視，再也不會再來系列

我們住的公主房，房間都是粉色主題，孩子很喜歡，城堡的造型也很不錯，房間的設施設備齊全衞生乾淨，入住時還加了管家微信，張亞晴服務很不錯給個好評，聽説夏季有泳池，有機會去游泳了
