GGuest UserMy wife and I went to the Saturday brunch after 11 o'clock, according to the hotel's wishes. The employee who seemed grumpy cashed us and at the same time humiliated those who were ahead of us in the queue and pointed to an empty table by saying that he is ”the only person here who knows where is free and where is not”. The hall was completely sold out. The used dishes were taken away a little at a time and very slowly. The coffee was served to the table only after a request 25 minutes after our arrival. The porridge was lukewarm. The ”real” scrambled eggs were watery and looked suspiciously made of powder. The hall on the second floor does not work as full. The uproar was huge, the queues were long and the staff's behavior chaotic. The price-quality ratio was miserable. Avoid this place.
The rooms are comfortable. The Crew is absolutely polite and helpful. It's reasonable and close to the railway from where you can go many other places. Walking distance to city centre.the only lacking thing I can say is it does not have enough Tv channels in English. You have a free tea&coffee service all day! Don't miss it! Thanks to all of them.
Mmikami2018It is comfortable to check in with a large room and simple cooking appliances, but there is no staff, so if you have trouble, you can call or email. We can only speak Japanese and a little English, so I was confused about check-in. You can't enter the entrance one step without a security code in advance. I don't know if the email was a mistake here, but I was confused because it didn't arrive. It happened that a kind Iranian person kindly exchanged phone and email and managed to check in. If he wasn't there, he might have been staying in the lodging. There were other guests who were confused outside. Before staying, you must carefully interact with the hotel side and get the security code. The towels in the room are not basically replaced. In the parking lot, when you approach the car in front of the shutter on the right side toward the hotel entrance, the shutter automatically opens and you will proceed to the private space by looking at the guide. The fee will be paid by the advance payment machine. There is no procedure when leaving the store. At first, I parked in the underground parking lot of the park in front of the hotel by mistake, but the one here was large and I was able to park easily.
