Gas grill on the terrace. Separate sauna building, sauna has wood-fired stove, dressing room. The plot is bordered by a neighborhood with permanent residents. Parties must always be agreed separately with the gcaretaker of the cottage. The peace of the permanent residents living next door must be respected and it is not possible to have noise-causing parties. Fireplace not in use during summer. A wood-fired outside hot tub can be rented from the caretaker. Contact details for the caretaker are in the booking confirmation. Prices: 150 € / weekend (Fri-Sun) and 200 € / week. It's not allowed to have any party in this house to guarantee peace in the neighborhood. Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers.
