Terrible experience at Indigo Hotel Lahore. The service was painfully slow, the breakfast was of poor quality, and the staff seemed unprofessional and uninterested in helping. Disappointing and not worth the money spent. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Not only was the breakfast of poor quality, but the food had a strange smell too. The waiters at the restaurant on the 17th floor were inattentive, making the dining experience even worse. To top it off, the slow elevator situation, with only one functional lift, added unnecessary inconvenience to our stay. A truly disappointing and frustrating experience overall. Front office staff appeared untrained and unprepared to handle guest concerns. Washrooms were poorly managed and unclean. Additionally, the central cooling system had issues, necessitating a room change. The lack of proper management and maintenance significantly marred the stay, leading to multiple inconveniences and a lackluster experience overall.
