Nice hotel located in the center of Labuan Bajo, it has been recently renovated so the room facilities are relatively new. It has a shower with hot water. The room is very comfortable. The hotel has a nice terrace with sea views.
Although breakfast is offered, it cannot be counted as such. When we went there were only a couple of slices of bread and hot water for tea (there was no coffee, or anything to put on toast, or anything else).

Bed was very comfortabele.
Floor was very dusty.
Didn't got cleaned in 5 days.
Had to ask for new towels.
Shower was hot and nice.
No shampoo
Outside noice was very loud inside.
AC was working but made a very weird and annoying noice. Sometimes it stopped working.
Breakfast was included but very disappointing.. everyday only plain toast with a bit of jam and powder coffee.
Location is okay.

But all I asked for before checking in was clean bedsheets and definitely did not have that

Too many stairs with suitcases, I do not recommend. Good for troubleshooting.
