El lugar me cobró dos veces (Eu 413) y después de mucho reclamar, entendí que se dedican a eso. Listo. Lo doy por perdido. ItalianWay al principio me contestaba pero cuando tuvieron que depositarme el dinero desaparecieron. Al margen, sobre el lugar: en ninguna de las dos habitaciones que alquilé funcionaba el aire acondicionado. No se podía estar de noche y al estar sobre una peatonal, si abrís la ventana es insoportable. En una de las habitaciones tampoco funcionaba la cerradura por lo que nos pedían que dejáramos la puerta siempre con doble llave. Todo desastre. Una decepción por lo que se veía en las fotos.

Abbiamo soggiornato in una bellissima camera, ci ha colpito fin da subito l'arredo molto bello e moderno, la pulizia esemplare della camera e l'illuminazione, nella camera si è pervasi da una luca naturale bellissima e rinvigorente. La posizione è perfetta in quanto ci si trova in pieno centro, ma non si soffre di rumori esterni e si riesce a riposare senza problemi, per altro letto e cuscini comodissimi. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni e complici le attività turistiche svolte... Beh insomma abbiamo dormito come ghiri in letargo. Propietaria sempre disponibile e mai invasiva, ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso ed è stata sempre disponibile alle nostre richieste e domande sulla città. Consigliamo a tutti di soggiornare presso questa struttura, un piacere! Noi torneremo sicuro a visitare la spezia e Ancor meglio le 5 terre.

Posizione comodissima, per arrivare sia in treno che in macchina, in centrissimo a La Spezia. Così da poter girare tutto il litorare in serenità, facendo le cinque terre e Porto Venere, perchè i traghetti sono raggiungibili a piedi. Il posto è super moderno e confortevole e accortissimo in ogni dettaglio. La proprietaria è gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità
