we enjoyed our one night stay! our host was very friendly- the nicest of our holiday. the room, while it didn’t have clear windows, was nicely appointed and minutes from train station. nice neighborhood and great place to stay if you’re exploring cinque de terre. definitely recommend

Comfortable and carefully decorated room. The air conditioning is a little noisy at night. Well located near the train station and city center and not very noisy on the street. Friendly and flexible welcome. Small downside on the lack of breakfast even if there are possibilities nearby

It is a holiday apartment with three rooms managed by two charming girls. The portal and the door to the apartment open with a key, as does the door to the room, which is very comfortable, tastefully placed and has a built-in bathroom, ours even had a sauna located very close to the station and the La Spezia center

When you like trains...the rooms overlook the station entrance, the good thing is that you can't see anything because the windows are covered with a film, there's sound. For the location there is better than the station area. Otherwise it's fine, apart from the extra charge for parking, overpriced, and departure after 10am.

Good location, close to the train. The girls who serve are very friendly, answering any type of doubts and recommending what to do. They are small rooms/apartments, simple, without luxury. I didn't like their bed or pillows. Very small bathroom. Good simple and cheap hotel

We stayed 4 nights. It was great. They put us in one of the rooms on the station side of the railway tunnel. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the station which was ideal for us as we arrived by train, had a few days in the Cinque Terre, took the train to Pisa for a day ams then took the train to Rome at the end. It’s also very handy to La Spezia town, restaurants etc. we also walked from there to the Ferry to go to Porto Venere for the day. reception was very helpful. Room was great and the coffee machine and pods were much appreciated. Location excellent. The only negative (which didn’t bother us too much) - no elevator. Other than that, we had a great stay.
