The welcome was very nice and warm especially the receptionist Sarah.
The room is small but really beautiful with a view of the mountain in a quiet area with a small balcony, the breakfast is really generous!
Very practical for a visit to the Cinque Terre.
It would be nice to have a car to get around.

Bellissimo Hotel situato in collina quindi molto fresco di notte e freddo la mattina se siete abituati a fare passaggiate molto presto. La colazione di ottimo livello con grande varietà di prodotti. La stanza è molto grande e arredata in modo moderno, il personale molto disponibile. Sicuramente da consigliare per una visita alle splendide 5 terre

Posizione molto buona per potersi muovere in piena libertà. Parcheggio gratuito davanti al albergo. Camere super pulite . Colazione buona ma si può migliorare. Un super complimento al ragazzo che sta alla reception. Ci ha dato tutti i consigli utili come muoversi e soprattutto dove lasciare la machina quando ci spostavamo. Un saluto dalle Marche

Das Hotel liegt etwas weiter weg von La Spezia. Der Blick von oben auf die Stadt ist sehr nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut. Insbesondere das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. In der Nähe ist fürs Abendessen ein gutes Restaurant. Alles in allem in Ordnung.

Hotel Nella is located high in the hills behind La Spezia. Ample parking and great staff. They were helpful with tips of where to visit and where to eat. The rooms are clean but quite small. The shower is extremely small, but the water pressure is good.

Um hotel em uma cidade litorânea que fala que diz que tem ar condicionado, mas o ar não funciona, cheiro de mofo no hotel, além de várias escadas para subir com malas. A atendente falou que não poderia fazer nada já que o ar estava quebrado. Um total desrespeito!
