I had the pleasure of staying at the Loggia de Banchi in February 2024 and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The room I stayed in was just perfect. A warm and welcoming environment, furnished with quality materials. I The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of exploring. The owner of the Lodge deserves special praise. From check-in to departure, he was courteous and professional and always available to accommodate our every need. All this inevitably made the stay as less aseptic and more familiar as possible. Highly recommended.

Interesting B&B in a central area, a few steps from the central Via Del Prione and the nearby Navy Museum. It is surrounded by clubs for young people. As for the apartment, it has 4 rooms, each different from the other, a sober style with soundproof walls that allow for a good rest. The room is clean. I was struck by the detailed information made available to tourists: brochures, booklets and above all the train timetable for getting around.

Central accommodation, but on a narrow street in an old building without an elevator, without a garage and without the possibility of parking nearby. Well decorated rooms but the windows face an interior patio with no views and no natural light, with poor acoustic insulation between adjoining rooms. The photographs show large double beds, and the one we stayed in was 2 80cm single beds (for children). Simple bathroom. Breakfast must be made in a cafeteria that is not located on the farm, which is 2 blocks away and consists of coffee, juice and a mini, with no option of more than 3 products. The director of the accommodation, in response to our complaint about complaining about the type of room we had contracted, instead of giving us a solution or correcting the error, invited us to leave, without returning our money. Likewise, it proceeds to charge us tourist taxes without giving us any proof of payment, requesting the money in cash.

The room was not very clean. The website describes it as a B&B but it is a guest house. Ideal for a maximum of two nights. Very small bathroom. In the center. The condominium where it is located is not beautiful, even if the rooms inside are modern.

We really enjoyed LLDB. It is right in the middle of beautiful La Spezia. We were two minutes away from a great breakfast cafe, numerous lunch and dinner options and the nightlife around the area is phenomenal. This is also a great place to stay and then take the regional train to any of the Cinque Terre locations. However, this room (rooms) are very compact, so you probably won’t want to lounge around in the room. I would also recommend to the landlord (who was great!!!) that he clean/maintain the A/C and have a fan available for those staying here.
