老闆人很好，很熱情，會介紹不同的餐廳，也會問我有沒有什麼需要。房間也算乾淨，而且這裡有支裝水，熱水壺和茶包免費供應，我覺得挺好的。
比較大的缺點是這裡沒有wifi。

Accoglienza e disponibilità di Sergio che ci ha dato molte indicazioni in merito agli spostamenti per visitare le 5 terre e non solo. La stanza è pulitissima, arredamento di gusto ed è munita di zanzariera (MAI TROVATE NEANCHE IN HOTEL 5 STELLE). Lo consiglierò a chiunque vorrà visitare la Liguria

The man who welcomed us was so nice and had the best recommendations to our stay in La Spezia and Cinque terre. Also the wonderful lady who comes in the morning was super and we felt very welcome as guests here. We will definently return!

Værten Sergio er sød og serviceminded. Han gav gode tips til at besøge byen. Værelserne var fine og rene og lå rigtig godt midt i byen.
Virkelig et godt besøg. 5 stjerner.

Great location... once we found it (my fault on that). Unfortunately, there were only certain times that check-in could happen, and as we were outside of that, we had to wait. Once you accessed the building you have to go up two flights of stairs (suitcase holders beware lol) and although a lift takes you to the 2nd floor it's not either of the doors on that floor (we know, we knocked) it's up another half...We were kept waiting as the owner(very apologetically) said he was stuck at the pharmacy. The room was great, clean, and did just what we needed... just quite a hassle at the start and not suitcase friendly, nor well signposted. 5 minute walk to the ferries and the owner was very friendly and offered lots of ideas. 3.5 would be more of my rating...

Séjour très agréable.
L'hôte m'a donné plein d'informations et conseils très utiles sur les choses à voir dans les alentours de La Spezia.
L'endroit est calme et bien placé, à seulement une vingtaine de minutes à pied de la gare et à 5 minutes du ferry pour cinque terre;
