We only stayed two nights to visit the 5 lands. The room was clean and quiet, very nice with a terrace, the owners were very helpful, it is a stone's throw from the station and the center where there are bars, restaurants and shops. A shame we only stayed two nights.

One block from central train station so it's very convenient when touring Cinque Terre. The room is clean, bed is firm but comfortable. Amenities include fridge, blowdryer, coffee maker. Cons: street outside is sketchy, towels were very musty and tight shower space.

Ideal location for those arriving in La Spezia by train; a few steps from the center. The rooms bear the name of the places in the Cinque Terre. Stayed for the 70th Bersaglieri rally. The "MANAROLA" room (where we stayed overnight) is clean and welcoming, soundproofed, so it is quiet despite overlooking a very busy road. The welcome kit with snacks and fruit juices was very welcome, as well as infusions for preparing hot drinks. Mrs. Annamaria and her son Gianluca are very kind and helpful. Definitely recommended

Consigliatissimo! Titolari molto gentili e disponibili. Posizione ottima di fronte alla stazione, molto comoda sia per raggiungere il centro e il porto sia per prendere il treno per le Cinque Terre. Ambienti molto puliti, profumati e moderni! Siamo state davvero bene, grazie!!

Camera Monterosso molto carina, bel terrazzo comunicante con un' altra camera, servizi e arredamento quasi nuovi, Annamaria e Alessio molto disponibili e gentili. Consiglio di non prendere con opzione colazione, la zona è piena di baretti dove prendere brioches e cappuccini. La camera affaccia sul retro, quindi molto tranquilla. Zona molto comoda, 2 passi e sei in stazione dove prendere il treno per ovunque. Abbiamo pernottato 3 notti e non ne abbiamo sentito la necessità, ma per soggiorni più lunghi consiglio di chiedere se c'è un servizio di pulizia infrasettimanale. Qualità/prezzo molto buono.Grazie per la gentilezza.
