注意如下幾點再決定是否入住:
1）不是酒店，是民宿，沒有24小時前台，見圖，到店不能實現寄存行李，出去玩，回來再入住。我在門口等了4個多小時才進門，一天都耽誤在這了，特別影響心情。跟攜程溝通多次，攜程的態度很好，但是真有什麼事，鞭長莫及。
2）經典套房的窗户（包括玻璃窗户和綠色通風格柵）是不能鎖的，房間在二層，基本上兩個晚上沒睡踏實，1個小時醒一次，躺半天才能再次睡着，就擔心有人爬進來
3）紅色鐵門剛入住那天從屋內不能打開，已修好
4）衞生間通風扇上面那個，不知道是什麼東西，關燈後有個紅色Led閃
5）見不到房東，發郵件操作付房費，付到最後是拒絕付款
優點:房間比酒店常規的房間大一些，距離拉斯佩齊亞火車站1公里左右，周圍比較安全，晚上9，10點街上還有很多人吃飯，逛街

Basic room with everything you need but nothing more. Clean and nice bed and bathroom but fairly small room. Situated very centrally I La Spezia close to harbor and pedestrian. Self checkin possible and easy. Places on 1. Floor with elevator possibility.

The place was clean and in a walkable area. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great restful sleep. Even though we were not there to watch TV, it did not work. The shutter on the window was broken.

Advised owner by phone,on arrival-aircon was not working, he said it would be fixed that afternoon. Wasn't fixed, notified owner, he said there was nothing he could do. Too late to book elsewhere. No offer of fan, refund, discount or any further communication from owner. I would not recommend

I made a reservation for New Year, after a few hours I was contacted by the owner and I was told that the room was not available due to health problems and that he had advised booking, but the room was still available on the site. I was told to cancel the booking and that they would refund me personally. Today on January 17th, after requesting several times and deluding myself that the money would come, well for now, still nothing.
