Bonjour à toute l'équipe, Je tiens à vous remercier sincèrement pour l'accueil chaleureux que j'ai reçu durant mon séjour. Grâce à vous et à la direction, tout s'est très bien passé et j'ai passé un moment agréable. Votre professionnalisme et votre gentillesse ont vraiment été appréciés. Cependant, je me permets de mentionner un petit bémol concernant le petit déjeuner. J'ai remarqué un changement dans beaucoup d'ingrédients par rapport à l'année précédente, ce qui le rendait un peu moins attrayant à mon goût. J'espère que ce retour pourra être utile. Les chambres sont propres. La literie est confortable. Le lit king size est grand! Le personnel est courtois et agréable. On nous a informé des restaurants aux alentours. Il y a un parking gratuit dans le complexe de l’hôtel. Il y a une piscine commune avec l’ibis styles. Nous avons bien eu la boisson de bienvenue offerte en tant que membre silver!

Arrivés sans réservation à 22h30 après quelques péripéties, en pleine saison touristique, nous avons été accueillis par une réceptionniste souriante et serviable qui nous a proposé une grande chambre confortable avec grand lit, climatisation et canapé pour un prix raisonnable. Petit plus, elle a accepté de nous servir un rapide dîner malgré l’heure. Nous recommandons vivement.

Hotel in the same parking lot (free) as the ibis styles. A very warm welcome, a renovated hotel. Comfortable room. Prefer those that are quiet (the highway is close). Good breakfast Always good bedding. Friendly staff.

Excellent stay at the hotel: warm and professional team, comfortable and quiet rooms. Special mention for the decoration of shared spaces with lots of personalization. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice and very high quality products (chestnut cream is a must-try!). The proximity to the Ibis style (in the same car park) allows you to eat in Courtepaille with tasty, efficient and very affordable dishes. I recommend!

Very good little hotel, well organized, perfectly clean and served by a fairly friendly team. The rooms are very well maintained, everything is in good condition. The breakfast buffet is quite well stocked, even if the coffee machines do not work optimally. This hotel must be very pleasant in summer, even if it is lost in a sort of industrial area. I recommend this establishment.
