Excellent value for money, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and abundant buffet breakfast, with all the variety of products that can be found in any higher-star hotel. You can see that, although it is a somewhat old hotel, there is love and effort to provide good service at reasonable prices. Just one detail, it does not have elevators, which can be problematic in terms of inclusivity.

Terrible.. horrible!!! To never come here again even if they gave me the stay!!! They deliver a room late! Nothing works!!! Disgusting cleaning conditions .. They deliver a room with terrible cleanliness .. safe .. telephone .. minibar (which apart from being dirty) none of this works .. furniture with dust stuck to it .. total neglect! Not to mention that when using the shower the faucet and shower head fall off. my travel agency complains and they ignore it.. my stay was longer and I canceled!!! Impossible to continue here.. They do not fully comply with the Covid protocol either.. They do not request a mobility pass.. They do not control temperature.. Only upon entry they make you sign a declaration.. In the hallways there are alcohol gel dispensers that cannot be used because they are empty! ! Avoid the bad time!!! I only feel indignation!
