Séjour très agréable
L'hotel est très confortable. La chambre "de luxe" est spacieuse et très bien décorée. La salle de bains est agréable avec sa baigoire balnéo. Le spa et les soins permettent un moment de détente sympa avec un personnel attentionné. Les chambres et l'hotel en général sont d'une propreté impeccable.
Nous avons bien mangé au retaurant mais le service est un peu long. De même pour le petit déjeuner, très bon et diversifié, mais pas très bien organisé.
Le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins.
En bref un hotel très agréable, bien situé à proximité immédiate des remontées. Attention pour le retour skieur, la piste verte était fermée, il faut un certain niveau pour emprunter la piste rouge qui vous ramène à l'hotel.

Xmas trip
Check your bill before leaving because we got charged twice for our meals and then had too get it back after. Two of our meals the meat was extremely tough one was chicken supreme the other was The venison which was the Christmas meal it was like shoe leather and the creamy potato dolphin was grey, but we were a table of eight people we still enjoyed our time. It’s taken a bit to get our money back .

Le personnel est au petit soin. Chambre un peu petite mais très fonctionnelle. Le Spa sauna en plus est un bon moment de détente. Très belle vue sur les montagnes. Idéalement situé en hiver pour le ski. Super je recommande.

Bel hôtel bien situé
Bel hôtel très bien situé près des pistes avec un personnel agréable. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables.
Par contre un peu en dessous d’un 4 étoiles.
Il n’est pas possible de choisir la température dans les chambres et il y fait très très chaud (pas de clim). De plus, la façade est éclairée toute la nuit et les rideaux n’occultent pas donc on y dort comme en plein jour. Pour terminer, le petit déjeuner est copieux mais on aurait aimé des jus de fruits frais de la région et pas de la poudre …

Nous avons fait étape sur notre route de retour de vacances espérant un service 4*
Enorme déception! Chambre petite, porte qui ferme mal, parking avec supplément et restaurant catastrophique! L'équipe essaie avec gentillesse de faire de son mieux mais aucun n'est du métier c'est évident! Morceaux de bouchon dans le verre de vin, aucune idée de la façon dont sont cuisinés les plats ou du goût des vins (minéral? moelleux? Ils ne savent pas, ils n'ont pas goûté nous disent-ils), cheveux dans la salade...et paire de baskets sales entreposées en bas du buffet de petit-déjeuner déjeuner ! A ce prix là, passez votre chemin!!

Parfait
De l’arrivée au départ, personnel bienveillant et attentionné. Calme et détente devant la cheminée et au spa. Bons tapas, bons cocktails, petit-déjeuner fantastique. Le tout au pied des pistes tout en étant en bordure du village. What else ?!
