Petit souci avec lave vaiselle, sinon super pb de fuite

Well received, Well accompanied when you lost your room card at 1am!

It's average, but the price is not high.

L'hôtel est situé à la peripherie de la ville, contrairement à ce qu'il est indiqué il ne se trouve pas dans le centre. Mais plutôt dans un quartier de HLM. Le chauffage était en panne et la réception ferme à 20h. Donc pas moyen de demander une couverture ou changer de chambre. Petit-déjeuner correct.

Parking for 5 euros, very practical. The welcome at reception was very friendly, with a smile. Same for breakfast the next morning. The common areas are clean. The apartments are very good. comfortable and pleasant. Bathroom very good too, spacious. Well equipped kitchen area. Nothing to say. The only downside is the size of the TV. It would be worth putting larger screens hung on the wall for example....

Positive points good bedding. Very friendly staff and decent breakfast. The room is available from 3 p.m. and this is not negotiable. The hotel overlooks social housing. It's a bit of an area. The hotel is out of the way if you don't have a car. There is paid parking. A night or 2 no more. Ideal as a stopping point.

J’ai souvent séjourné dans des Appartcity et celui là est le plus agréable en grande partie grâce à son personnel toujours prêt à se dévouer pour la clientèle et ce n’est pas le cas dans tous les établissements de la chaîne

Hotel to be reviewed, certainly the price is not high but still... When we arrived, the reception staff were great but the rest let's not talk about it When we arrived in our room, a HORRIBLE smell!! To get rid of the smell we had to buy a can of Febreze to put on every day... The remote control no longer had a battery, the dust was half on the TV and let's not talk about it on the desk , the fridge was dirty and the dishwasher clogged. We therefore informed the reception staff who came by when we had left (without even leaving a note) It was very very hot in the room and no air conditioning available. When we wanted to eat we saw that the dishes were dirty (crumbs in the plates) And regarding the bathroom, mold on the joints of the shower tray and in addition it was clogged. The equipment provided for cleaning the apartment was not at all clean (lint and hair on the broom) Finally, a little disappointed with the paid parking which we thought was better (even if it was still appreciated) : it's underground and the doors are never closed so you pay but for something that is always open....

Moyen sauf pour le personnel accueil et petit dej. Je suis sujette aux acariens et j’ai donc été servi dans l’appartement… de plus il faisait très chaud et le pauvre petit ventilateur de table n’a rien pu faire et cet appart n’avait pas de balcon.
