Pésimo servicio!! No le pagan a sus proveedores, solamente aplazan el día de pago y no dan resolución para poder hacerlo, a pesar de la deuda se les apoyo con el servicio debido a que siempre decían que la siguiente semana pagarían, pero no fue así

The staff is very attentive but not friendly. Don’t expect any smiles from any of them except Vanessa. They come across very rude and I just wanted to avoid them all together The place is beautiful. It’s nice away from town. The beach is beautiful but the tiny jellyfish like to bite so I stayed by the pool. I won’t return due to the poor experience with the staff

We stayed for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is extremely well decorated and beautiful. The pool overlooking the ocean offers a spectacular view. The hotel only has 11 rooms which makes it feel like home and not overcrowded. There is ample space to lounge around the hotel like you would in your own house. There is a pool table, lovely sitting area and a spa. We had lunch by the pool, diner in the cosy sofas outside and the chef kindly prepared the fish we had caught the same day. The staff is really nice and accommodating. We highly recommend it

Me parece el mejor hotel para cerrar negocios. Gracias ochid house! Todos en elnhotel hacen muy buen equipo. Las habitaciones son impecables en limpieza y el menu es una joya, sin duda de mis lugares favoritos en baja La alberca totalmente transparente

De verdad la playa más bonita que he visitado, los mejores atardeceres! El personal de recepción muy amable y atento, sobretodo Alfredo. La comida deliciosa, recomiendo las enchiladas! La cama muy cómoda! En general las instalaciones me parecen muy buenas! Javi el barman prepara unas mezcalitas deliciosas! Volveré sin duda! De los lugares que he visitado en baja este es el mejor.
