This place was a gem!!! Aside from the rooms being very quaint, I have to say I really enjoyed my stay. I felt like I didn’t have to leave, they have everything there! The food is exceptional, the staff specifically Joseph, Erik, and the bar tender Roberto were great and provided great customer service. I am definitely coming back here. The Jardín Escondido was the highlight of the stay!!!

Es un hotel que cuenta con todas las amenidades, playa, alberca y buen restaurante. Los meseros te atienden hasta en playa sin problema. La comida y bebidas son de un sabor y presentación excelente. El hotel cuenta con un transporte que sale todas las mañanas al centro de La Paz, solo te registras un día antes para que te lleven y te traigan, me pareció muy cómodo y seguro contar con esta opción. La habitación está cómoda y muy bien iluminada.

El cuarto estaba infestado de cucarachas. Matamos 8 de ellas en la 2a noche. La verdad yo ya ni dormí agusto pensando en esos insectos. Es una lástima por que la playa y ubicación del hotel son muy padres. La comida en el restaurante también es buena. Pero quien sabe como estará su cocina si en el 2do piso hay tanta cucaracha no dudo que así sea todo el hotel.

Pésimo se robaron mi celular. Lo dejé en la cama y salimos al aeropuerto. Me di cuenta al bajar del avión. Y la última ubicación marcó en el hotel. Pedimos apoyo para recuperarlo y siempre lo negaron y después dejaron de contestar. Además sucia la habitación y una noche amaneció inundada.

Me he hospedado infinidad de veces en esta propiedad pero es pesimo esta vez, Llegue a las 12:00pm nos entregaron la habitacion a las 3:00pm con fuga de agua en el baño, sin recepcion de television sin señal en el teléfono son las 7:30pm y dicen que siguen según arreglando el sky. Ya cobraron tarifa completa y ningún gerente se acerca o llama para comentar algo.

Fuimos en familia a pasar el día pero el cobro del Day pass es excesivo por persona y aparte el consumo de alimentos y bebidas y no los vale. Por ese cobro deberían ofrecer mejores instalaciones y mejor servicio. Fuimos testigos de varias familias que se retiraron del lugar al quererles hacer este cobro. Además de que al final en la cuenta del consumo agregaron el cobro del day pass siendo que fue lo primero que cobraron cuando llegamos. Si no revisamos bien la cuenta hubiéramos terminado pagando doble. El hotel debería considerar ese cobro, argumentaron que era por temporada de vacaciones pero el turismo todavía ni llega.

No vale lo que cuesta, y menos por la atención; el tipo de la recepción que me recibió por la mañana cero atención no sabe tratar a los huéspedes; es muy grosero. El personal del bar, la CHICA de recepción y las toallas muy lindos. Instalaciones viejas, las habitaciones parecen hotel de 800 pesos.

The place is great to rest, with nice outdoors and beach; but you will need a car to move you to the down town or to eat outside. The rooms have window and balcony to the interior gardens, and if your room is in first or second floor the sea and the beach can be seen.
