Avons passé un bon séjour en famille à La Mongie grâce au soleil et à la neige, tous deux présents la semaine dernière. Nous remercions "Morgane" qui a été super et arrangeante lors de notre réservation par téléphone. En revanche nous avons été très très déçus par la qualité et la vétusté de notre logement (appartement 42). En particulier le canapé-lit qui était sale, déchiré, en état très critique et absolument "indormable".... Ce fut un véritable cauchemar et cela nous a gâché le séjour pourrait-on dire. Un tel "confort" nous semble totalement indigne d'un établissement classé 3* (voire même 2*) ; Comment est-ce possible de laisser de la literie aussi sale et vieille ??? Nous aurions incomparablement mieux dormi sur des matelas gonflables c'est pour dire... Autres remarques : - Le bruit ! Nous étions pourtant au 4ème étage mais les baies coulissantes sont anciennes (et/ou vraiment mal foutues !?). Même fermées on croirait qu'elles sont ouvertes. Le bruit de la route sous le balcon est fort et usant... Si vous aimez le calme alors ne réservez pas dans le bâtiment principal, optez pour ceux en retrait. - Le rideau thermique sale et déchiré qui, outre le côté désagréable inesthétique et incroyable, laissait pénétrer le froid de la baie vitrée (la nuit cela se ressent beaucoup). - Le balcon qui ne dispose que de 2 chaises pour 4 personnes. Mais bon, le bruit et l'odeur des voitures en dessous ne donnent que peu envie d'en profiter... Bref, sans rancune car le soleil et le ski ont chaque jour sauvé notre bonne humeur et nous ont aidé à prendre du recul au regard de ces déceptions importantes et justifiées (car le prix payé ne laisse pas présager de telles négligences). Au final nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette résidence qui nécessite la remise à jour/à neuf des appartements qui sont d'un autre temps et qui ne correspondent pas à la gamme affichée ni au prix payé.

Nice appartment with an excellent mountain view
Appartments, notice this since there are no daily cleaning (which is fine by me) and you might need your own towels if travelling more than 2 people, likewise bring your own toiletpaper.
We did not buy breakfast, not sure if this is possible, but there is a supermarket 600meter from the appartment and you can use the kitchen to do your own breakfast (or meals in general)

Appartement idéal pour séjourner ! Au calme car légèrement excentré, vue magnifique , prestations agréable notamment la piscine, au contact de la nature et des animaux et le restaurant ´´ chez Boris’´ juste à côté avec ses plats copieux et la bonne humeur du chef! Du personnel d accueil à l écoute et très plaisant. Nombreuses sorties pour tous .

Appart 4 personnes propre, vue imprenable sur la montagne. Bouilloire, cafetière, réfrigérateur tout fonctionne parfaitement . Très bonne literie. Parking couvert à proximité immédiate de l'appartement réservé. Accueil très sympathique et efficace. Merci 🐞 Très satisfaits de notre séjour du 14 juillet

Always an excellent stay - perfect position, fabulous staff and great facilities all at a wonderful resort. The apartments are well equipped, warm and very well maintained. Indoor parking, swimming pool, sauna and cafe next door are added bonuses! We have stayed here regularly in groups of 2, 4 and 9 - it’s always fantastic!
