We had a weeks skiing in the second week of Jan 2023. The hotel staff were very welcoming and the rooms were clean and spacious vs what we had experienced in other ski resorts. The restaurant food selection is buffet style breakfast and evening meal and the food was amazing, with variety to satisfy everyone's needs, from cold food to hot and salads to roasts. Overall excellent holiday, topped off with some good live entertainment in the bar on an evening. :)

The room they gave us was not out hot water and the separate breakfast was for me very expensive 18 e. So I chose to go down one day. I said they were 9 and it wasn't the way. The hotel is very good, but we took time not to go, but I think we'll stop going again, because intermediaries are inefficient, and they'll see who they're picking up to the tontin

Very comfortable hotel in a good location right in the centre of town and also literally a few seconds away from the coach stop for the buses to and from Barcelona airport which was really useful, particularly when arriving late at night like I did. Rooms very well appointed, bathrooms good with powerful showers. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and unlike the reviewer below, my experience was that they all spoke English very well.

The hotel is located in a commercial street, and I especially like the public areas of their home. The public areas in the picture are all of their home. The restaurant on the first floor has a great environment. The lounge has indoor and outdoor areas. You can order drinks at the bar. It is suitable for office work, drinking and chatting, and it feels like a coffee shop. The breakfast area is very large, with a separate floor, the content is very Western and simple. It's good overall, but the soundproofing of this room is a bit poor, and the footsteps upstairs are so clear as to be walking around in my room, and I thought the room had entered in the middle of the night. There is a Hong Kong Chinese restaurant opposite (the name is HongKong).

Never ever again stay in EXE Prisma hotel If you expect to receive a 4-start service in this hotel, can forget about it. Firstly, they informed they have a parking lot in the hotel, but after arrived they just say sorry, the parking is full. So, we had to find the space somewhere else. Not to mention, parking + location was the main pros in my decision to book the hotel. Secondly, 4star hotel should provide slippers and soap in the room, but those were missing. Soap finally received after our inquiry. Thirdly, if you expect to have toilet brush, please don’t. Your poops will remain in the toilet bowl, till the next room service. Some other minor fails – used out furniture in the room, missing flooring elements, broken fan just in the middle of the drying kids hair, tried to charge us with 4 breakfast each time including my 2 years old, and 4 years old kids, bringing dirty towels. Have to emphasize on dirty towels – better check for the spots every time when you about to use so called fresh towel. The last, but not least, we checked-out 1 day prior, but never received the refund for the last night. They offered the promo for our next stay, which will never happen. I will not get broke due to 150 EUR, hope the hotel will use my money wisely to improve their personnel clients-orientation and level of service.

Hotel has a good location, walking distance from center and main attractions but also in a quiet area. Personal was polite and respectful, offered a lot of information regarding our stay and were ready to address any complain we had. The room was very clean, same as the bathroom, also the view of the room was very nice, seeing the mountains in the distance. The bed was comfortable, had no issue to have a good sleep. Parking was free over the weekend. Overall a very good stay in Andorra, very good price quality ratio.

I went with a coach party from National Holidays. Apart from another coach arriving at the same time - which made thinga bit hectic at check in - everything was great. (the other coach only stayed one night). The rooms, food and staff were all fantastic as was the location. I cannot praise the hotel enough for making us more than welcome. I would go again either as an individual or as part oif a party.

GGuest UserI know that a review has to be balanced, and therefore it is probably best to start with the positives. The hotel location is spectacular, the swimming pool is decent and the grounds are well kept. Upon arrival, the reception staff were friendly and helpful. After that, there are huge problems with the hotel. The room is tired looking, with a slight musty smell and decor in need of an upgrade. The bed is an old wooden number that has seen better days and creaks like a pirates galleon. The room is boiling hot, with no functional air control. It has, thus far, been one of the worst nights sleep of my life. However, the main thing to avoid is the restaurant. For dinner, the kitchen serves a grand total of 5 dishes - 3 starters and 2 mains (pork and salmon - vegans should count themselves lucky not to be catered for). For starter, I had a ‘focaccia’ that was essentially a thick, tasteless doorstop bread of the type my bad grammar school used to serve to keep us sedated. This was covered in a layer of greasy cheese-adjacent substance and what could generously be described as ‘ham’. My wife had a goats (‘gods’ according to the menu, though what kind of benevolent deity would have inflicted this meal upon His children remains to be seen) cheese parcel. The parcel was about as well received as an Amazon Prime delivery that has been booted over next door’s fence. Onto the main, and the ‘pork’ was fatty and undercooked, served with a few slices of poorly fried potato that seemed to subliminally scream the word ‘sorry’. My wife’s salmon was an insult to a fishes’ memory - slimy and unappealing, tossed carelessly on some tired lettuce and a few beetroot cubes. The price of €25 per person may have been reasonable if that was the amount we were being paid to eat it. The most ridiculous part of the evening though was the service. About 10 waiters hovered around the dining room, a number that seems high until you realise that a separate team member performs each task. Drinks and bread was one waitress. Ordering food was a waiter. Delivery of the starter was another waiter. Another waitress collected the plates. Another brought the cutlery for the main. Another brought the main. Another dressed in a full bomb disposal suit delivered the bill. After a while it becomes obvious that it is a strategy to diminish responsibility through collectivisation - it’s like a philosophical conundrum- if a crap meal is served but no one actually served it, did it really happen? Unfortunately for us, the answer is yes, and I still have ten hours trying to sleep in this unbearable inferno. On this occasion, rather than ‘gods’ cheese, I suspect that both the meal and the room have been designed by the other guy…

I thought this place was great value, clean/comfortable/warm. Only 5minute walk to the gondola to get up the slopes. Plenty of cafes & restaurants close by. Also plenty of shops to rent ski gear. About 15 minute drive by taxi to the main bus station. Very happy with my stay here :)
