Mi estancia no fue posible porqué tuvimos que cancelar. Teníamos reservado del 26 al 28 de diciembre, 2 habitaciones, una 2 adultos y la otra 2 adultos con un niño de 1 año. Nos cobraron al momento toda la estancia. Se podia cancelar hasta el 10 de diciembre y lo hicimos el 26 de noviembre, después de un mes aún no hemos cobrado nada. Nos van pasando la pelota del hotel al booking y viceversa. Una vergüenza, nos deben 556€ y resulta que ibamos con 2 hermanos más que estan en la misma situación, o sea lo mismo por triplicado.

Excelente como cada año, todo perfecto y familiar, nos encanta estar como en casa y ser recibidos siempre bien en este hotel. Habitaciones limpias y limpio entorno. Ademas te pilla bien para bajar y subir a Andorra la Vella sin coger atascos
