Terrible admin.
Challenging check in .. no one on site. If you don’t have phone service, you’re screwed.
Room was a Tight space and 10 feet of view to wall out of the window. If you’re claustrophobic , avoid staying here. Bed was good. Bathroom good. Generally felt clean.

Très bon séjour. Propriétaire très réactif, logement nettoyé chaque jour. Tri pour les déchets. Hôtel bien situé, près du centre ville. Seul bémol, tous les parkings sont payants.

First of all, there is absolutely no one at the reception to complain to as there are no reception hours. I booked a shared room with 2 beds. On the booking it was not clear as to whether the bathroom is shared for this room or for the entire property. It turns out that it’s a communal bathroom. The bathroom lights don’t even work so make sure to bring a flashlight with you at night. Also, they have no soap dispensers what so ever so make sure to bring soap with you as well. At least they have toilet paper. Furthermore, your back will hurt because you will be crouching all the time since the cieling is very low. I bumped my head like 10 times. The kitchen smells terrible almost all the time and the communal room barely fits 3 guests, I never found a place to sit. Moreover, I get that this is a hotel located in the mountains but a little pest control service won’t hurt. I had bugs crawl up my pillow every night. This place is absolutely not worth the price I paid. Ridiculous excuse of a hostel. There are plenty of better alternatives in La Massana. The only good thing about this place is its location. Never again.

Celling is to low. There is no parking space, if you need to park, will spend the same amount of a bed to park. Not worth it. Go to a proper hotel.

Pésima experiencia. Nada recomendable. Nada recomendable, la arrogancia de David (gerencia) se muestra presente en cualquier momento cuando haces algun tipo de reclamación. Después de tener más de 100 reservas por booking y 0 problemas, apareció este Hostel y terminé pagando 2 noches de Hostel al que no pude ir. Nefasta empatía hacia el cliente, requiriendo un cambio de fechas o cancelación, incluso un reembolso parcial por necesidad de cancelar o cambiar por problemas del trabajo solamente 10h después de terminar la cancelación gratuita, no ofrecen ninguna opción, simplemente cobrarte el 100% y terminan cancelándote ellos la reserva (cobrada eso si) para poder vender la habitación de nuevo y doblar ingresos. Cambié el nombre de la reserva para un conocido y no pudo ir tampoco porque cancelaron la reserva, eso si, la cobraron bien cobrada. Nada aconsejable tener cualquier trato con este alojamiento. Primera reseña mala de 400 que tengo en Tripadvisor, Google o Booking… así es el alojamiento.

I thought this place was great value, clean/comfortable/warm. Only 5minute walk to the gondola to get up the slopes. Plenty of cafes & restaurants close by. Also plenty of shops to rent ski gear. About 15 minute drive by taxi to the main bus station. Very happy with my stay here :)
