The hotel is very good, perfect location to be able to go to many places on foot. The facilities are all very clean, the breakfast buffet was great, it had everything and the pool was perfect with a snack bar and hammocks with an umbrella or shade, the room was very clean and large. I loved it.

How this place is given a 4 star by tui is beyond me, cold food at most sittings hot plates difficult to find. Stayed as a half board holiday maker. Unable to purchase a lunchtime snack unless you upgrade !! Hotel all about upgrades upgrades upgrades. You have been warned ⚠️.

Todo el personal es de 10. El servicio de limpieza excelente. En recepción destacamos a Alfonso y María José, entre otros,cuya prioridad son los clientes y hacer su estancia agradable. En comedor, el jefe de sala, Pedro Marin, es un profesional excelente y el personal , a su cargo, realiza muy bien su trabajo. Gracias a todos que nos han hecho sentir como en casa y con muchas ganas de volver.

Hotel que não recomendo a ninguém! Muita pouca higiene. Comida muito pobre. Baratas e mosquitos na sala das refeições. Comida repetitiva. Em 7 dias que lá estive não mudam os lençóis. O aqua bar sempre fechado! Diversões nenhuma! Seria um hotel para 1 estrela.

Very good hotel, receptionist was very polite and helpful, arrived early and the room was all ready. Small but comfortable bed room, good shower. We booked through ofertravel very good value for full board . Drinks with lunch and evening meal included. Good choice of food for all meals. Small but adequate swimming pool, especially when we went in September . Perfect location for both the Mar Menor and the sea. Both the laguna and the sea clean enough to swim in. Would come again.

El personal es estupendo, amable y educado pero ahora a la hora de comer pensión completa, no entra la bebida y los precios exagerados. Una jarra de Sangria 9€ una botella de agua de 1.25l 2.70€ me parece un robo, creo que los precios deberían de ser más asequibles.

Es muy buen hotel. La habitación una Junior suite con terraza y vistas excelente, tiene dos baños, así que para compartir es lo mejor, muy acogedora. Las camas tanto el sofá cama como la de matrimonio son cómodas, buenas almohadas. Los baños con ducha están muy bien. La comida es muy rica y variada. Siempre hay sitio en el comedor, ninguna fila durante la semana que estuvimos. El personal muy amable. La piscina no es muy grande, pero no está masificada. Además no dejan reservar poniendo toallas en las tumbonas con lo cual siempre hay sitio. Está muy bien cuidada. La situación muy cerca de la playa del mediterráneo es buena, cruzas la Gran Vía y ya estás allí. Arena dorada y agua muy limpia. Hay chiringuitos donde poder tomar algo. Los alrededores son todo edificios y no hay paseo junto a la playa, eso se echa de menos. Un hotel para recomendar.

El Hotel está totalmente reformado, hemos ido con el Inserso. Desde el da 2/06/ 2024 hasta el 9/06/2024. Super limpio todo el hotel, la habitación con 2 camas grandes y con plato de ducha impresionante. Las comidas tanto el Desayuno, la comida y la cena con mucha variedad y súper exquisitas y si tener que esperar, si se termina algo lo reponian al instante con botella de vino y agua incluido Hemos hecho salir al cocinero para felicitarlo. El personal muy profesional. Cada día con música un día en Los Delfines y otro día en La Gabiotas se comunican son de la misma cadena. Hemos venido super encantados, la parada del autobús, en la puerta del hotel.

Las habitaciones correctas, sin vistas a ningún mar (al menos la que nos tocó a nosotros). El armario pequeño (la barra además estaba muy alta) y sin apenas perchas. La comida muy normalita y poca variedad.
