This hotel is located on a hillside. The front is not very big, but the rooms are quite big. The ceiling height of the rooms is higher than that of ordinary hotel rooms. The layout is good and it feels good. The disadvantage is that the air conditioner is quite noisy.

The service is very good, very nice staff even if we feel a slight lack in terms of service (probably due to the lack of manpower). Small negative point even if a little insignificant, the gym only opens at 7am, not very convenient for people who would like to train early before going out sightseeing. The location of the hotel is perfect and the view too, with all the amenities around. In short, I recommend the hotel to anyone who would like to visit Charlevoix.
