El mejor destino de México. Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en todos los aspectos, atención, instalaciones, comida, etc. Todo merece un reconocimiento pero el equipo es el que se lleva el máximo reconocimiento, hacen hasta lo imposible para que tengas la mejor experiencia, están súper preparados y con la mejor actitud siempre, es especial Ovet, Dimitri, Daniela y Hugo muchas gracias por sus atenciones y muchas felicidades por estar tan preparados y hacer las cosas con ese gusto, de verdad nos dejaron encantados con el trato que nos dieron. Muchas Gracias y Muchas Felicidades a todo el equipo de Four Seasons Tamarindo, nos dieron la mejor experiencia.

El diseño, muebles, camas, aseo y confort de las habitaciones es de lo mejor y la calidad y atención del personal, excepcional. El campo de golf de 18 hoy, expectacular con una vistas la mar de ensueño. Las albercas y la playa de lo más placenteras. Las vistas de las habitaciones y los atardeceres, inolvidables

Se me hace un lugar fuera de serie dentro de nuestro país. La ubicación entre montaña y playa insuperable. Nuestra habitación estaba en el acantilado y la alberca de la habitación la hacía muy especial. El diseño interior y la arquitectura sugieren México en todos los materiales y piezas seleccionadas con muy buen gusto y sutileza. Felicito a quien haya escogido a este equipo de trabajo. Los restaurantes son muy buenos aunque los sentí un poco desorganizados a pesar de la amabilidad de las personas que nos atendían. Aunado a esto siento que los uniformes que llevan se ven muy acalorados, inclusive sudados y eso era muy evidente. Creo que nos son ideales esos trajes de manga larga, pantalón largo y color oscuro. Me daban pena con el calor húmedo. Siempre sentí que a la comida le faltaba sal y los saleros no la proporcionaban. Son solo impresiones muy personales y no significa que esto haya ensombrecido mi viaje tan hermoso. Hicimos una caminata con Joshua preciosa donde conocimos la reserva.

Had a wonderful experience at the relatively new Four Seasons Tamarindo in southern Jalisco near Colima on the Costalegre. One of the most beautiful settings - hotel and region. Highly recommend a getaway here!

We stayed here for 4-nights under travel industry rate. The rooms were beautifully appointed but some had absolutely zero privacy no matter what you do (ex. bathrooms have no window treatment). There is no swimming beach in the entire property and service was all over the place, probably the worst FS service I’ve experienced, with absolutely zero service recovery. Rooms were never clean enough, items in room never replaced. In fact our laundry basket was never emptied the entire stay. Few could speak proper English. Staff got our instructions wrong even though they were already typed into the app. Only F&B got it somewhat right, but there was no buffet breakfast on one of the stays and they didn’t offer anything to compensate like other hotels do (ex. order whatever you like and will deliver). If you don’t check, they overcharged a lot of things. Also, we had to leave early and asked for a breakfast box and they also charged us for this. This hotel is beyond ridiculous and I would never return or send anyone here. In fact it was so bad that I stopped my subscription to GG who highly recommended this place. I wasn’t going to right a review out of decency since it was under travel industry rate, but their gift shop also sells a load of crap! My daughter purchased a T-shirt where the seams completely came off after literally one wash and they insist that it’s dry clean only despite no washing instructions and it being a basic tee. Even H&M has better quality. This was one of my worst experiences ever in over 63 countries. Complete waste of time, money and effort.

We stayed at the FS Tamarindo from 8/10 - 8/15. It was incredible! Service was amazing, food was very good, and the physical resort was flawless. Very beautiful and private. We were there during the hottest and wettest time of year and it was still perfect. I recommend spending the extra money for an ocean view as view is stunning and you see the sunset every night. Golf course is awesome too. Do yourself a favor and visit this resort.

Mi visita fue para divertirme, conocer y pasarla bien, de primera instancia al llegar se nota que es un resort muy bien pensado, arquitectónicamente uno de los mejores de la zona, con vistas y espacios muy orgánicos y cautivadores. La habitación espectacular muy limpia y ordenada un detalle a recalcar es que en mi estancia llovió y solo había una sombrilla para 2 personas, al salir a cenar era casi imposible no mojarse. En mi segundo día ordenamos servicio al cuarto, tristemente los chilaquiles que ordené no tenían sabor y estaban muy insípidos. Mi visita al spa, fue una de las mejores experiencias en el resort, las 2 chicas de recepción muy atentas, nos dieron un recorrido y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. Entre otros aspectos hasta este momento la experiencia fue muy buena, llegó el momento del check out, llegamos en automóvil propio, lo trajeron al loby nos percatamos que lo lavaron y eso hasta ahí fue un factor wow; saliendo del resort seguimos nuestro camino pero después de un rato nos percatamos que ya no estaban unos AirPods Pro que habíamos dejado en el automóvil, nos contactamos con el resort pero simplemente no pudieron hacer nada (se les comentó que la ubicación de estos aparecía rumbo a manzanillo) , es muy decepcionante que en lugares como este pasen este tipo de situaciones donde los empleados roben las pertenencias de los huéspedes y tristemente esta acción arruinó todo lo bueno que se vivió en el resort.
