They are redoing the whole building and they were burning wood on site so it smelled and all the rooms were tore apart. We didn’t get the room that we requested. The place was a shambles. We would never suggest that anyone stay there.

Older room styles but clean.

The place is being renovated, so the room condition is somewhat understandable. But it wasn't nice. In the room there was a coffee pot, but no cups. Minimal amount of Toilet Paper on the roll, maybe enough for a single use, no back up roll. The breakfast had been moved to a conference room due to the renovation. But, there was no effort to make the place presentable, stacks of supplies leaning against the wall. The bread available for toast was 50% heel. The cereal was stale. The coffee dispenser has two options, regular and decaf, apparently the regular wasn't working so they put regular in the decaf side. One of the 4 juice dispensers was out of order as well. It just felt like there was a lack of effort to provide a good stay. The renovations were not something in their control, but the

I thought I was getting a good deal. Then the pet bill was almost as high as my room bill. Very disappointed. TVs are to small .I won't be staying with them again. Floors are carpet. Seamed un clean They need to remodle. Toilets were too small too.

Owner charged us $391 for a pet we never had. Owner was the only worker during check out because it was new years. I have the hotel staff who went in our room the day before who agreed we never had a pet in the room. Owner refuses to check the cameras to verify we had no animal in the room. The room was trashy. Missing curtains, ripped curtains, broken desk, drawer handles falling off, door for the fridge cubby was broken, ROACHES in the coffee pot and the bathroom, trash in the pull out bed, stains on the sheets, holes in the wall covered up with electric plates. Heather and house keeping were great and helpful. Replaced my sheet which was a big help!
