Les chambres sont très spatieuses, un peu vieillot quand même mais c'est confortable. La salle de bain contient une baignoire et une douche, elle est très grande. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, les verres pour la boisson sont petits, j'ai dû faire plusieurs aller-retour pour la boisson, le point fort ici c'est que le pain est frais, pour avoir fait plusieurs hôtels en Andalousie, le pain est souvent dur, ici ce n'est pas le cas c'est frais. Le diner est un buffet, c'est correct mais c'est quand même très orienté clientèle britannique. Concernant les services, il y a un très bon spa/wellness mais cher (23€), la dame qui le gère ne parle que l'espagnol mais est très sympatique, présence d'une piscine intérieure qui est ouverte encore tard (jusqu'à 22h). En revanche, il n'y a qu'un seul bar pour prendre des boissons. Pour le parking, c'est une catastrophe, on peut se garer sur le parking extérieur gratuit ou dans la rue, mais c'est tout le temps rempli, et les gens sont très peu éduqués, certains se gare sur 2 places avec leur grosse berline (c'est assez risible, ça roule en voiture cher, et ça prend 2 places pour pas se faire rayer la carrosserie, la logique voudrait que quand on roule avec des grosses voitures, on n'est pas à 50€ près et on paie le parking sécurisé de l'hôtel pour éviter ce genre de problème au lieu de prendre 2 places sur le parking extérieur gratuit), sinon parking sécurisé souterrain de l'hotel à 12€/jour. Concernant le personnel, à la réception, ils parlent bien anglais mais au restaurant c'est une personne sur deux, et au bar, ils ne parlent que l'espagnol. Les serveurs de la restauration et du bar m'ont déçu, ils ne sont pas désagréable mais il a fallu attendre longtemps pour être servi en boisson (15 minutes au restaurant pour avoir une bière et 5 minutes au bar alors qu'il n'y avait qu'un seul client avant moi). Le dimanche matin, au petit-déjeuner, il n'y avait personne à l'entrée du restaurant pour placer les gens dans le restaurant, j'ai dû attendre 5 longues minutes jusqu'à ce que je perde patience et aille le dire à la réception. A la réception, le réception est de mauvaise foi et me dit qu'ils sont 3 au restaurant... Après avoir insisté, il reconnait qu'ils sont peut-être en cuisine et leur téléphone pour qu'il y ait enfin quelqu'un. Globalement l'hôtel est bon mais le point faible, c'est le personnel de la restauration/bar et le buffet du diner qui est basique et de qualité moyenne pour un 5 étoiles (très orienté clientèle britannique).
