A whole mess - Even when the hotel says they have a parking lot available, it’s far from the building and the people responsible for it is rude and even threatening. Also, the service of the restauréis one of the worst experiences you can have in a place that calls itself “the best hotel in La Dorada”. We ordered ribs and got 4 slices of frozen ribs, that got to the table after 50 mins of waiting cold and in a disgusting presentation. We just left the hotel. If you guys want to spend a good time just NEVER consider this place to stay.

Recibí muy buena atención, el personal es amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, las Instalaciones son impecables, bien cuidadas y limpias, el restaurante cuenta con una decoración atractiva, la comida es muy buena, los platos bien presentados, excelente servicio.

Te ofrecen gran variedad de platos a la carta. Me gustó mucho el sushi que ofrecen, buena presentación y sabor. Sus instalaciones son bonitas y aseadas. Es un lugar con una identidad única, buena música, espacios amplios y cómodos. Lo recomiendo al máximo.

Me case en la Dorada y tuvimos la noche de bodas en la suit, una habitación de 320.000 cop con jacuzzi. Para pagar esta suma de dinero uno espera amenities en la habitación, room service incluido, bata para la salida del jacuzzi, cortesía por lo menos de 2 aguas en la nevera. Pero NO, había jabón de dispensador como en los centros comerciales, 2 toallas y la nevera desconectada, cuando pedimos el room service (no sabían que era, el persona falta por capacitar) y claramente tenia un valor adicional. A la salida del hotel a duras penas nos prestaron atención para hacer el OUT. Preferible pagar una habitación mas sencilla y mas económica en otro hotel y esa inversión la hubiéramos hecho en Bogotá fácilmente en el Hilton, NH o Estelar que vale casi lo mismo y un SERVICIO SUPERIOR. Trabajo en una agencia de viajes (estuvieron en la vitrina turística de Anato) y claramente le hace falta, capacitación a los empleados, servicios a la habitación, dar una milla extra para ser el mejor de la Dorada, tienen instalaciones muy lindas pero fatal el servicio al cliente. Cotelco ofrece este tipo de capacitaciones!!!
